Please, I need your advice to get out of the pool to re-enter much later. Thanks berexio1: If ur BSC has been assessed, then why not? What if the points drop considerable to ur score? In my opinion, if u have all required then enter the pool while u continue to improve ur points in one way or the other. Am sure the gurus will tell u more pertaining to updating or getting out of the pool and re-entering.. |

Is it acceptable to enter EE pool with lower IELTS results with the intention to update later after the IELTS exams might have been retaken? |

Thanks a lot for your response meta4: Yes, you can still use your result as the spouse, but if She is the principal, then she has to re-take the test. This time make sure she use materials to practise well. |

Dear Seniors,
My wife and I took IELTS in June. Our results are stated for your advice: My wife - L-6.0, R-4.5, W-6.0, S-7.0; I - L-5.5, R-5.5, W-6.5, S-7.0. Thanks. I intend using my wife as the principal applicant for some reasons, if we are to rewrite the exams, can she take the exams alone or it is a must for both of us or I can still use my own result as a spouse? |

Thanks a lot for the information. I need your further advice. Which document do you advise this applicant to evaluate with WES? He has OND, HND, ICAN, 1st and 2nd degrees. He had the 1st degree after 2nd degree, he used is HND and ICAN qualifications for 1st degree where he spent just two years after his master degree programme. Thanks. lavivaavril: Hello there, you will need the following : - an evaluation of your credentials - an English test ( usually IELTS) - your NOC code and job description.
You must also have at least one year full time continuous work experience in any of the jobs listed on cic. You can check your eligibility for the program too. |

Thanks a lot for your advice JesusDWay: You are qualified. You however need to write IELTS General and please, ensure you score the highest you can as it helps with the number of points you get. You can evaluate the two qualifications, as I've seen recently how some people said their masters wasn't evaluated to be equivalent of canadian masters, just like pgd |

Thanks a lot for the advice. gentleiphy: I think its best you land with your kids...if what you are scared of is about their school..believe me Canada has the best provision pertaining to kids education..i learnt(still confirm from landed seniors here) that some child benefits are offered by some province to support you even when you have no job yet.Land with all your family, face the tide once as per the kids adapting to new life and rest..that's my own opinion though |

I have three children and I am thinking that my wife and I could go to Canada first, make the kids non accompany until when we are a little settled and come for them afterwards, what do you advise in respect to its advantages and disadvantages? Thanks. zeelo2014: Considering ur business and ur wife's job, Ontario won't be a bad idea to start from, though cost of living is relatively high. BC is great but very expensive. If u're considering low tax, Alberta will be great plus it has the lowest combined tax rate (federal + provincial tax). I'll suggest u go to the jobbank.gc.ca then look out for most demanded jobs in each province, that will give u an idea. |
