Constitution is very clear and ibas is very constitutional reason national assembly is empowered by same constitution to make approvals.

Democracy doesn't mean lawlessness by political parties or politicians that can not be checked. So if Thier is serious crises in parties or states or LG it should not be checked?

Democracy didn't recognised sentiments or emotions. The constitution has foresee all these and taken into consideration what to do incase of unresolved issues like river state.

Talking of health budget, did they cut health budget for building of the said terminals? Or the massive Nigerians that will use the facilities are not Nigerians? Note that some people will not get to hospital for 2 or 3 years but are traveling every time and will use the facilities. A good government considers all aspects of human benefits in people management. The good bad and the ugly in the society are to be carried along in projects.

No wonder Obi kept #80billion in the bank, very useless priority, when there are strikes in the state and he can not reason what to do, but with the money, his successor build a fantastic airport that is beneficial and added to economic development of the state since Obi can not think of such.
