@op

It's your decision to make. While not moving on in the relationship is not the best. Same as moving on. So I will advise u should do your research very well and involve God.

Also I found an article. See below
WHAT IS A “MIXED-STATUS” RELATIONSHIP?
A "mixed-status" relationship is a sexual relationship in which one partner is HIV-positive and the other is HIV-negative. This can involve a couple in a long-term relationship or a single encounter between two partners. You may also hear these terms to describe such relationships:
Serodiscordant
Discordant
Serodivergent
Magnetic
HIV-positive/negative
IS IT SAFE FOR MIXED-STATUS COUPLES TO HAVE SEX?
For mixed-status couples, the possibility of HIV infection is a constant reality. There is always a risk of transmitting HIV, but you can minimize it.
TIPS FOR THE HIV-NEGATIVE PARTNER
If you are the HIV-negative partner in a mixed-status relationship, here are steps you can take to reduce your chances of getting HIV:
Encourage your HIV-positive partner to get and stay on antiretroviral therapy (ART), and support your partner in taking all of his/her HIV medications at the right time. This “medication adherence” will lower your partner’s viral load, keep your partner healthy, and reduce the risk that HIV can be transmitted.
Use condoms consistently and correctly. When used correctly and consistently, condoms are highly effective in preventing HIV infection, as well as other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Both male and female condoms are available. For more information on condom use, see CDC’s HIV Basics: Prevention.
Choose less risky sexual behaviors. MouthAction is much less risky than anal or vaginal sex. Anal sex is the highest-risk sexual activity for HIV transmission. If you are HIV-negative, insertive anal sex (“topping”) is less risky for getting HIV than receptive anal sex (“bottoming”). Remember: HIV can be sexually transmitted via blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluid, and vaginal fluid. Sexual activities that do not involve the potential exchange of these bodily fluids (e.g. touching) carry no risk for getting HIV. For information on ways to reduce the risk of getting HIV through sexual contact, see our page on Reducing Your Sexual Risk for HIV.
Talk to your doctor about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). PrEP is a way for people who don’t have HIV to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day. The pill contains two medicines that are also used to treat HIV. Along with other prevention methods like condoms, PrEP can offer good protection against HIV if taken every day. The CDC recommends PrEP be considered for people who are HIV-negative and at substantial risk for HIV infection. This includes HIV-negative individuals who are in an ongoing relationship with an HIV-positive partner, as well at others at high risk. For more information, see our page on PrEP.
Talk to your doctor right away (within 3 days) about post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) if you think you have had a possible exposure to HIV. An example of a possible exposure is if you had anal or vaginal sex with your HIV-positive partner without a condom, and you are not taking PrEP. Your chance of exposure to HIV is lower if your HIV-positive partner is taking ART consistently and correctly, especially if his/her viral load is undetectable. Starting PEP immediately and taking it daily for 4 weeks reduces your chance of getting HIV. For more information, see our page on PEP.
Get tested for HIV. You should get tested for HIV at least once a year so that you are sure about your HIV status and can take action to keep healthy. Talk to your doctor about whether you may also benefit from more frequent testing (e.g. every 3-6 months). Use the AIDS.gov HIV Testing and Care Services Locator to find a testing site near you, or use a home testing kit.
Get tested and treated for other STDs and encourage your partner to do the same. If either of you are sexually active outside the partnership, you should get tested at least once a year and talk to your provider about whether more frequent testing is of benefit. STDs can have long-term health consequences. They can also increase your chance of getting HIV. Find an STD testing site. Use the AIDS.gov HIV Testing and Care Services Locator to find a testing site near you.
TIPS FOR THE HIV-POSITIVE PARTNER
If you are the HIV-positive partner in a mixed-status relationship, here are steps you can take to reduce your risk of transmitting HIV to your partner:
Get and stay on antiretroviral therapy (ART). ART reduces the amount of virus in your blood and body fluids. ART can keep you healthy for many years, and greatly reduce your chance of transmitting HIV to your sexual partners if you take it consistently and correctly.
If you are taking ART, follow your health care provider’s advice. Visit your health care provider regularly and always take your medicine as directed.
During anal sex, it is less risky for you as the HIV-positive partner to be the receptive partner (“bottom”) than the insertive partner (“top”). Remember: HIV can be sexually transmitted via blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluid, and vaginal fluid. Sexual activities that do not involve the potential exchange of these bodily fluids (e.g. touching) carry no risk for transmitting HIV. For information on ways to reduce the risk of transmitting HIV to your partner through sexual contact, see our page on Reducing Your Sexual Risk for HIV.
Talk to your partner about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), taking HIV medicines daily to prevent HIV infection. The CDC recommends PrEP be considered for people who are HIV-negative and at substantial risk for HIV infection. This includes HIV-negative individuals who are in an ongoing relationship with an HIV-positive partner, as well as others at high risk. For more information, see our page on PrEP.
Talk to your partner about post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) if you think your partner has had a possible exposure to HIV. An example of a possible exposure is if you had anal or vaginal sex without a condom or the condom breaks and your partner is not on PrEP. Your partner’s chance of exposure to HIV is lower if you are taking ART consistently and correctly, especially if your viral load is undetectable. Your partner should talk to his/her doctor right away (within 3 days) if they think they have had a possible exposure to HIV. Starting medicine immediately (known as post-exposure prophylaxis, or PEP) and taking it daily for 4 weeks reduces your partner’s chance of getting HIV. For more information, see our page on PEP.
Get tested and treated for STDs and encourage your partner to do the same. If either of you are sexually active outside the partnership, you should get tested at least once a year and talk to your provider about whether more frequent testing is of benefit. STDs can have long-term health consequences. They can also increase your risk of transmitting HIV to others. Use the AIDS.gov HIV Testing and Care Services Locator to find a testing site near you.
“I counsel my patients that the greatest gift an HIV-positive partner can give an HIV-negative partner is the gift of undetectability. The risk of transmitting HIV is decreased if one’s viral load is undetectable.”
-HIV Provider, Washington, DC
KEEP THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN
If you are part of a mixed-status couple, it is important that you and your partner communicate openly and often about safer sex practices and HIV prevention. Healthcare providers and local HIV/AIDS organizations can be important sources of information and support for you and your partner.
CDC’s Start Talking. Stop HIV. campaign has information and resources to help you start a conversation about safe sex and HIV.

Hello guys, please i really need your advice between Toyota Solara 2000 and Toyota Camry 2000 models.

I want a car with style, comfort and easy to maintain. I really prefer the solara but people are telling about the parts. So i don't really know how available are the part in the Nigerian market especially in Nigeria and Port Harcourt market.

I don't want to buy a car just because of d style and later regret it when it comes to maintenance.

A Victim of Home Office's Operation Swale or His Skin Colour?

To state that a number of U.K residents watched with either mixed reactions or disbelief how the face of a ‘’supposed Professional’’ was paraded with claims of forgery was an understatement as the photograph of Oluwaseyi Olorundamilola Farombi was displayed both on the crime watch TV programme (BBC One) and on it’s website on 02/06/2009. Quite a number of Professionals (Medical & Non Medical alike) felt there was either a huge disjoint in this narrative but convoluted (complicated) description at the very best, a major but nonetheless unacceptable error or what could be most unimaginable, a calculated manipulative attempt to rubbish a man’s life without any regards whatsoever for facts, evidence or substance. . Truth as constant as it may be needs no superhuman effort to extract. Keen interests both positive and negative got generated by the programme and prompted some genuine intellectual investigative efforts since it was too difficult to even imagine how a doctor without any qualifications could get as far as obtain full registration with the General Medical Council here in the United Kingdom.

A contact with the General Medical Council (GMC) fetched a prompt response disclaiming such claims that Oluwaseyi Farombi had no primary qualifications; A signed document from the Council indicated Dr. Farombi passed through all required procedures prior to being granted limited Registration on Dec. 24th 2004, this got upgraded to full Registration in October 2007. There was clear evidence from the GMC that Farombi passed both Professional exams (Plab 1 & 2) in November 2003 and August 2004 respectively, investigations with the General Medical Council (GMC) further revealed these exams were organized and conducted by the Council itself and it was only on satisfactory completion of these preliminary stages that a foreign doctor got issued their first Limited Registration, The GMC through its officer (Mrs. Helen Handy) confirmed Farombi passed through these stages and the required exams, prior to being granted his Registration, it was gathered through the GMC that Dr. Farombi provided evidence he obtained his medical degree from a University in Nigeria (named Obafemi Awolowo University, South West Nigeria).

The Nigerian High Commission was unusually prompt in referring further investigations to the Nigerian Universities Commission in Abuja, Nigeria (The Nation's capital city). The Commission made a further referral to the University in Ile-ife, Nigeria (formerly known as University of Ife, Nigeria) where the Institution’s Registrar confirmed with proof that Oluwaseyi Farombi graduated from its College of Medical Sciences in 1994, contact with the College of Medical Sciences of the same University revealed further that Dr. Farombi commenced its degree programme in 1986, completed same in 1994 when he got awarded its Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree (M.B.Ch.B), His student identification number through the Course of Study was given as 861496, it was also further revealed that he proceeded on completion of his course following the initial registration with the Nation’s Medical Council (Nigerian Medical and Dental Council) to the Nigerian Army Base Hospital in Lagos Nigeria for the mandatory internship (also known in medical parlance as Housemanship). Another check with the Medical Council of Nigeria not only confirmed Farombi as its member but also described him as being of good standing with the Council since obtaining full registration in 1996. Having gone round this first phase of procedures, the General medical Council and Obafemi Awolowo University were both consulted to verify if either of them had informed the Home office’s operation Swale (source of Information) of Farombi’s supposed “lack of medical status/qualification”. The General Medical Council through its investigating officer (Mrs. Hardy) clarified through a letter dated 11 June 2009 that the body did not inform any party whatsoever that Dr. Farombi lacked a medical qualification, she further reiterated the fact Dr Farombi had passed the required exams prior to being granted his first Registration in December 2004.

The University in Nigeria denied responding to any checks and actually indicated it was not contacted by any party seeking information regarding Farombi’s qualification and that as far as they were concerned there was no reason for stating Farombi was not an alumnus of its College of Medical Sciences as that would amount to gross inaccuracy. Contacts with the BBC (host of both the programme and web) revealed it was informed by the Home office to air the clip on its programme, although the Crime Watch programme presenters proved highly evasive, It was disclosed at the Home office through its spokesperson that its border agency unit’s Operation Swale, (described as a joint unit of the Home Office and the Police) was responsible for that investigative process and a PC Helen Reid was officer in case, attempts to engage members of this “Swale” team proved mostly abortive. Members of the team reached on phone denied any contacts with the BBC but PC Helen Reid reportedly claimed on a telephone conversation she ‘’had to put that across’’ as she did not feel convinced about Farombi’s qualification, Asked whether she put such information on TV following prior checks with the concerned regulatory bodies, Reid claimed it was not her duty to check on people’s qualifications, a further query as to why she made such claims without proof or evidence resulted in Reid referring any further questions to her ‘’boss”. When confronted with updated evidence the GMC had written to her on 11 June 2009 through Mrs. Hardy indicating she was not advised at any time Farombi had no initial/primary qualifications or had forged documents and that he had completed the required procedure prior to his practice of Medicine in the U.K., Reid resorted to what later became known as her malicious, manipulative and abusive tendencies (most unexpected of a Police constable on Her Majesty’s Service).

It got discovered during these tedious but thorough investigations that members of the operation Swale (the team Helen Reid belongs to) had murdered among others a 36 year old black man by name Frank Odame on a raid in his home in Lambourne court, Woodford Green Essex on 9 September 2008 and had kept this sealed underneath as every effort to make enquires or investigate this murder was trampled down by the Home office (Sponsors of the Swale team) since it took place.
A second stage of investigative efforts at the Home office on 18 June 2009 revealed that Dr Farombi obtained his indefinite leave to Remain in the U.K since March 1995 with Home office Reference as F234156, How and why Farombi could then be claimed as “working in the U.K as a mental health doctor with forged documents” becomes most disturbing since checks confirmed his name, age, date of birth and other identifiable data were constant all through the course of education and working both in Nigeria and the U.K. Farombi we authoritatively confirmed schooled, obtained his current immigration status in the U.K, got registered and worked in the U.K as a doctor under the same details as all checks revealed, why then should he be put through such a damning experience? There are obviously more questions than any available answers. Is this another story of the new face of “Harass-Hunt-Dehumanize” approach to investigate procedures by U.K authorities? Has it become acceptable to set out series of lies, outright falsehood and brazen inconsistencies to manipulate the public or blackmail members of the public even to the stage of murder? Does working for the Home office or any of its units confer rights to illegalities on these individuals?

Need it mentioned also that checks with the Croydon Crown Court, Surrey revealed Dr. Farombi was alleged by this same Operation Swale (moderated by PC Helen Reid) to have resided and worked illegally in the United Kingdom, This allegation was brought before the court on 18 March 2008 and after a month of investigations, the court at its hearing presided by Judge Waller on 18 April 2008 threw out the case as evidence showed Farombi not only lived and worked legally in the U.K. but had been wrongfully brought before the court. Reports revealed that members of the Operation Swale team were highly embarrassed at the judgment of Waller who expressed shock at the malicious and damaging claims by this team in spite of overwhelming evidence at the Home Office indicating otherwise that Dr. Farombi lived and worked legally in the country, It was understood that since then there had been a barrage of harassments both physical and psychological on the person, family and home of the Nigerian-born doctor. With his qualifications and immigration status checked and positively verified, fears abound why Farombi has been a target of this “highly questionable” squad.

Although our efforts to reach Farombi are yet to yield results, it was confirmed that matters of Human Rights Abuse perpetrated by Operation Swale against the medical doctor are currently before the European Courts of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg France.

With the Home office’s Operation Swale's manipulative officer PC Helen Reid obviously abusing the position of her employer, negatively influencing TV programmes and carrying out acts amounting to gross manipulations, blackmail and attempts at destruction of this medical practitioner’s life, family and career without any regards whatsoever for Professionalism, facts or evidence, it gradually begins to sink in what kind of monsters are being bred by this Home office’s destructive gang. Will the BBC retrace its steps or allow the continued use of its programme(s) as a tool of human abuse against persons especially of ethnic minority origins in the modern day U.K?, Will the Police check this barbaric and tyrannical use of office by these unscrupulous officers?. Will the Home office continue to look away from these ''official'' criminals who blackmail, manipulate, harass, brandish lies and even kill innocent residents in the name of immigration work?,

To be continued,

Excerpts from the Association of United Kingdom Professionals of Ethnic Minority Origin's Mid year Journal (JUNE 2009)
It is just getting more interesting

I believe that operation Swale (the team Helen Reid belongs to) are just blackmailing him.
