I don bring my wahala come again o my bosses

July ending 28th precisely I bought a chip unlock IPhone xsmax from umar4sure and he waybilled to me which I received the phone on 29th.The physical condition of the phone was cool and I tested the the necessary like face ID camera and the battery was good too.As a Locked device I couldn't insert my sim.few days after I sold the phone to my client,the following day he called that the phone is bad each time he is making calls the phone goes mute (soundless) and won't hear anything again.immediately I notified umar4sure and he we talked about fixing it but later we discovered it's was a board issue. I have waited for this to get settled amicably but umar keep saying he will update me with nothing been done not until this night he was saying I should wait till they fix phone and sell it for me to get a refund and honestly I can't wait for that long .I am humbly requesting for a refund as I have been keeping my client waiting for a while now and I also paid for a full functional phone.

Imagine, in my own case a female client followed me to his office, she paid for a yellow open box iPhone 11 chip unlock. On getting there after assuring me the phone is available, different stories started coming up. He ended up giving me just box and charger for a red iPhone 11 after wasting the whole day and told me to go back to yaba and collect the red iPhone 11 still with my client o. Her mom was even threatening to arrest me.

Oga Twinskenny, This will be 5th complaint i'll hear about you and its really heartbreaking. When people give you money to buy stuffs for them, they are trusting you blindly and the right thing to do is to deliver as promised. This is how they make their living too.

I understand making a payment for TLC on June 21 might means "Items in transit to Nigeria" or "the order will just be placed. If later is the case, then the guy should have received his item with July 2 shipment or latest July 8th shipment.

When Jiggs send me tracking, he always assign the owners' name alongside he tracking, You might want to start doing that as well.

I cant even imagine what little profit the guy is trying to make on the XR and taking so long. Please Daddy Twinskenny, Let this guy receive his phone as soon as July 8th shipment lands as I believe July 2nd is already out of it so that [s]I wont be forced to take a XR from your shipment for him[/s] he can get his item and move on.

@teemie, If by friday, You havent heard anything, I will plead with omicpet to take a XR out of his shipment for you. Just let me know whether its CU or FU.

About this issue of twins I know very few on this table of which I am too.twins has not been straight forward at all especially on this TLC mata.why will you collect money for 20 items when you know you have 15 items coming and funny enough he is always complaining lionee don't give him comprehensive update so he doesn't know what is coming.why will you collect people's money when you know you don't know what is coming.Oga twins I know you might not like this ooo but I don clear you my mind.its better to chop 20naira with peace of mind than Chopin 200naira in crisis.howfa shey my remaining piece of iPhone 11 unlocked from June 21 is available now

The last time (Monday) he said the cards are available to buy the remaining items that he's gonna drop me the screenshot after buying by midnight.i called him by morning he tendered another story.

Permit me to share what happened between me and @shinner2010.On the 2nd of May 2020 I contacted @shinner2010 for the price of xsmax and we agreed on 3weeks delivery simply because of the lockdown hassles. The following day which was 3rd of may I made payment and we both smiled.lo and behold the Monday (4th) he said he has a extra iPhone 11 so he sent that one piece to me and I love the cosmetic condition so opted to get more items from him with instant and full payments.Fast forward to late May by then I was having total of 26 pcs of iPhones that I ordered via him. Remember we talk about 3 weeks delivery yeah?.week in week out each time packages lands he ignore my calls and messages and sometimes he even tells me he is driving (I don suffer) .at the end he will come up with stories.so after several disagreement he managed to deliver 16pcs remaining 10 pcs( 2pcs of x.....6pcs of iPhone 11....2pcs of xsmax). Ever since that time he has been making promise and failing and on Thursday he made a promise by Friday all the items will available that all his backlog items has been cleared.so I decided to wait not until yesterday when I was meant to collect items.he did the normal way ( not picking calls for hours)I knew something was about to happen to I kept believing. .later at night he messaged me that twas only 2 that is available that he made a mistake of ordering items to one CHI boy address and the chiboy has been having shipping issues that I should wait for another two weeks for him to place another order for my items.digging deeper this morning is discovered the CHI boy who claims has been having issues delivered items last week even this weekend.
So claiming he shipped items to chiboys address is a lie or he should prove otherwise.so.many.that many has happened that I can't even remember.

Sirs/mas here is my plight oooo and that what I have been enduring for a while.let @shinner2010 come forward with real envidence if I have In any way lied against him or he provide my refund accordingly without wasting time.

After dropping this @shinner 2010 reach out to me and he promised me to give him 2 weeks to deliver the remaining items(6pcs of 11,2 pcs of x) of which the first week he has ordered 3pcs of iPhone 11(eBay) and I confirmed too from my end too. But ever since@shinner2010 has not done the remaining orders but keep telling lies upon lies.
I want to appeal to anyone who knows his residential address should please be of help.....as from Monday20th twill will be in my best interest to hand him over to the right commission as he has not played his part and he should be prosecuted accordingly.
