Please will it be possible to change institution and country after getting the scholarship. Cos, in other to reduce competition, I went for Malaysian schools.... But I'll really prefer Germany.

Can you talk what you are very sure of only? If NDDC fell back to CBT to select awardee in 2016, how do u explain a situation in which the First, Second, Third and Fouth highest scorers in the CBT from a "particular state" in 2016 were not awarded the scholarship?

In 2016, I wrote too for chemical engineering, the questions flooded us were electrical engineering questions, as though, their target were electrical engineers.
I got 31 in the CBT. A friend that got 30, went on to Coventry.
I'm still here for return match.

So what are you saying now.I dont get.Do you claim it is shua shua because you were dropped? or it just didnt favor you.My problem are people that applied for something just last week and this week they have started complaining like they dont know Government things take time. Even if you apply for some Govt stuff it may take 3 months before they call for the next stage.If your admission is september just differ till January and dont run out of patience.I dont know anyone but i think with my Education i should have put in mind that Government applications take a while
