The reality is that most scholars will go in September 2023 as very few schools and programs have May entry. And it will be difficult for NDDC to complete the selection process before the yuletide, so January 2023 is not likely .

NDDC tests have always been in Port Harcourt specifically RSUST, I doubt if there is another test centre.

They could have made it virtual test, who still conducts physical tests in 2022 NDDC

NDDC past questions can only help us know the nature of their questions. Nothing MAY likely repeat. You and I know that an organization of such repute can never be careless to litter their past questions everywhere. They contract their questions to different TEST BODIES thereby reducing leakage. I was also shortlisted for the test at Rivers State University ICT.
