Since I, like most people who have a leaning for the PDP, depict better predilection to intellectual and factual postulations, I will be as brief as need be:

- The PDP has a robust presence on social
media.

- The PDP would rather put in the
requisite shift necessary to touch base
with the electorates than contract.
media and PR mercenaries to sponsor
spurious statistics, forecasts and
surveys geared towards assuaging a
capricious whim.

- The PDP refuse to tread the road of
infamy being followed by APC in that
multiple accounts get created to give a
semblance of pseudo-popularity.

- The PDP have made by far fewer
retractions vis-a-vis APC. The APC is
grievously saddled with an identity
crisis occasioned by having their
propaganda continually getting
debunked.

Need I say more?...

If you say, that a man who forged O'level statement of result, is more educated than a scholar, a class room academic, and stunch democrat, then I think you need structural mental adjustment, and I say this in my sincerest way.

Like I say, always, APC nematodes are known to be emotional and insultive because of their low emotional intelligence quotient, and the bright of your bulk are leaving APC to PDP daily. You can take Ameachi, OBJ, Atiku and the rest of the gangs of thieves that gave PDP a bad name. Now, PDP is politically chromatographically cleansed of the corrupt politicians. you cant profess to hate PDP but accept the same deadly corrupters. that's where APC failed.

Jonathan visits Mubi, heads to Baga

President Goodluck Jonathan has visited Mubi in Adamawa State, more than three months after Nigerian troops recaptured the town from the insurgent group, Boko Haram.

The president arrived Yola international airport at about 10.45a.m. Thursday, accompanied by the by chief of Air Defence staff and all the service chiefs and the inspector general of police. He later travelled by helicopter to Mubi.

At Mubi, Mr. Jonathan met with the Emir of Mubi, Isa Ahamadu, and the people of the area.
There were unconfirmed reports that the president visited Vintim village in Mubi, the home town of Nigeria’s Defence Chief, Alex Badeh.

But security sources told PREMIUM TIMES that from Mubi, Mr. Jonathan was to travel to Baga in neighbouring Borno State.

Baga was reclaimed by government troops last week after Boko Haram militants overran the town killing hundreds and displacing thousands.
Mr. Jonathan and his administration have been widely criticised for their handling of the Boko Haram crisis, and the failure of the government to stem attacks against civilians.

Ahead of elections, the government has apparently stepped up effort against the terror group with multiple towns liberated by soldiers.
The government has also announced new measures to raise the morale of its combat forces.

On Wednesday, the Army Chief, Kenneth Minimah, visited Baga where he announced that troops who liberated the town will be automatically promoted to the next rank.

A top security chief in Borno state who spoke on anonymity said Mr. Jonathan was heading to Baga, but refused to give further details.
“Of course the president will be going to Baga today but the trip is not being handled by us here. I believe it is not something big but just a confidence building visit for the troops,” the source said.

Mr. Minima, a Lieutenant General, had said during his visit Wednesday that given the successes achieved by the troops in Baga, the president might likely visit the troops.

I have never seen an electioneering as primitive, redundant, childish, non-issue based, illiterate, crass, and silly as this one. In as much as comic relief is legendary - and the whole madness crack me up all the time, Nigerians have to be one of the dumbest and brain-dead folks out there.

It's barely a month to the election, yet no one is discussing the key issues about what candidates from both parties will bring to table. No discussion about manifestos and election promises, and how the two candidates might differ in ideologies and voting projection. The whole drama has been about inconsequential certificate-gate; religious and tribal tripe; oh, he's in London - nah, he isn't, he's in MD, US on the sick bed - fvck it, it is Cavendish, UK; and now absence from some inconsequential rally.

Like seriously, is this a presidential election, or a bad SNL comedy sketch? - you lot are so primeval it's not even a joke. This is what happens when stark illiterates and thugs populate a geographical space. May God save Nigeria - the country still has a long way to go.
