Bayelsa election was held too soon immediately APC took over and APC hand not dismantled PDP rigging network then and you still had men loyal to the PDP government in our security forces,inec etc and that election came too early for the APC government.

So,after that Bayelsa election ,Kogi,Edo,Osun,Ekiti,Ondo,Anambra which one did PDP have the upper hand against APC.

If the APC government had spent 1 year and did the reformel in the security agencies and Inec before that Bayelsa election,it would have been a different story.

Flow of blood,we heard all this noise in south east some months ago and when phyton came to dance,nobody stood.

We are waiting to see those that will confront the security agencies in 4 months time.

The army and police don't need to cover every state OK.
Just a matter of picking flash states and states PDP will like want to rig and deploy more men there OK.

You don't need much troops in Buhari state.
You don't need much in Osinbajo state.
You don't need much troops in APC strong hold states and friendly states to Buhari government like Cross River,Ebonyi,Anambra etc because local vigilantes can take care.

But watch out for more troops in states like Rivers because of Wike boys ,Kwara because of Saraki boys,Sokoto Tambuwal boys,South east becauae of Ipob boys etc
