It is constitutionally wrong to carry out HIV test on anyone without their consent, you could be sued. Just tell the guy to carry out HIV test by himself. Secondly, the test you did is just preliminary test, you need confirmatory test before you can conclude he is positive. The mouth test strip gives false positive many times due to grease or substances in the mouth. |
