He comes tells you he has for sale, goes to the seller tells him he wants to buy, gives you the sellers account number, you pay, he goes to the seller tells the seller he has paid after creating an account on local bitcoin site with your name... The seller innocently releases the bitcoins to him....and off he goes....with bitcoins he didn't pay for....

You can see the "what's your full name?" question. He uses that to impersonate you and den open a trade on local bitcoin to get people's bank account details.
Notice the double account he sent with different names.

The @Kebiruu that scammed me went to local bitcoin, opened a trade and gave me the local bitcoin's seller account number.
I tracked the person and found out he has nothing to do with the scam.
The @Kebiruu used same same format of conversation on your chat.
It's probably the bastard. He claims he has any coin that is needed.

The first thing I'll do is resign.

He is a scammer. He scammed me of 10k.

Yeah, I was gullible enough to send part payment. I sent him 10k first in our deal worth 18k. I wanted to buy Ethereum of which I posted here. He contacted me that he has. I said I will pay part first because of trust issue, he agreed. Unknowingly to me, he used my name to register on Localbitcoin and ordered for bitcoin, then he sent me the local bitcoin seller's account number. I paid the money and didn't here from @Kebiruu again. He latter blocked me on whatsapp.
I blame myself. I needed the Ethereum urgently and fell for it .
