When I clicked on job opening on the site, it was empty and no opening. Now I copied the direct link to the vacancy posted on this thread, it said, the link had expired. So I haven't been able to re-apply.
But as for your inquiry, you can't apply for the same position/advert you have applied before with the same account, may be if you register with another email, I can't say.

I'm surprised seeing this new advert on Nairaland cuz I check dangote career website very often and even had to check again seeing this thread but no job opening is opening on my end, I can only view my previous applications.
What could have caused this?

As for int'l passport, it isn't something too serious, you can use your NIN or voter's card. I personally used NIN during last year's application.
