Depends on their terms of employment. As far as I know, there is no policy that stops a professor from lecturing in more than one school. Many jobs allow you work in multiple places as long as you have the ability to the jobs. The problem would be if their terms of employment with the FG or state government doesn’t allow them work elsewhere. If there’s nothing like that, they are allowed to lecture in as many schools as they want if they have the capability.
