Newly built police station.

The popular Nembe bonny bille jetty which has in no small way improved the economic well being of Rivers people especially those living around Port Harcourt main town is now a shadow of it's former self. The state of dilapidation of the once beautiful tourist attractions site is simply horrible.
Despite the calls by Rivers people especially people from bonny and bille for the government of Chibuike Amaechi to rehabilitate it only ended up on budget proposals that was never implemented.

Instead, useless monorail was given attention.

The election was a huge success . The rain hindered it a little but by at large it was a success. Pdp didn't even participate and that was the core reason why it went smoothly with no violence, killing and maiming.
The op is so foolish to be comparing voter turnout of presidential and gubernatorial elections to an ordinarily LG election. Who does that?
All over the country, turnout for LG election on a good day is normally poor and that's a fact. Rivers is no exception.
That election held is a fast growing .
That electorates were on hand to vote despite the downpour is also a fact as against the lie that they didn't turn out at all.
Waiting for the number of electorates to exceed that of presidential elections is a deranged position to hold.

In Rivers state, local government election is always a serious matter within the locals. The turnout yesterday was a total embarrassment to democracy, you know it.
