U can imagine an iPhone 6s plus with 2gb of RAM and dual core processor vs Samsung Galaxy note 5 with 4gb of RAM and octacore. On papers u would think the Samsung would murder the iPhone. But in Reality reverse is the case. IPhone wirh lower specs still performs better in multitasking. This is unbelievable, apple really did their how work. I know before 2016 ends we will see Android phones with 5 or even 6gb of RAM.

also when you talk of their core apps. Why wouldn't apple make them available for Android? If you want to communicate with someone through FaceTime, that person has to have an idevice. But you have Skype and hangouts which could give you access to other devices irrespective of which device they use. So i see no reason for making it i-exclusive

You see, if apple makes it apps cross platform it would make the iphone a less competitor in the market. Its like a market strategy, if you must use those apps, buy an iphone.

Look at blackberry, they made BBM cross platform, but I believe they did it cos they were slowly dieing. But after making BBM cross-platform, people now found it much easier and little or no reason to buy/use a blackberry.

Beside the alienware is super ugly, heavy and looks nothing like a new generation laptop. I would buy a mac 100 times than an alienware! You are lucky I could not find and video on youtube comparing the two latest flagships in performance test, but the mac vs other laptops like the surface book, and dell inspiration, others. But you can learn from apple, make quality, use less time and prove you're most reliable, show 100% support to your customers, build a brand with pride, than attach a quality price to your shirts. Don't be discouraged if people say its expensive, it was not just ment for them. Look for those its ment for and market it with great pride. Build a reputation.

HTC and samsung run on android. Why was one faster than the other? When you were talking about speed and all, I made u knw check out htc m8 and u confirmed yourself. But ur response was iPhone was faster than android. They tied in some categorises, first in 1 category each.

Note: the HTC runs on previous Android OS

Samsung won the first round of opening apps , iphone came 2nd and htc third...

Then the second round of running through the same apps again. Htc came first with 2 seconds ahead of the iphone than samsung came last.

The point is not touch wiz...even if it is, it only means the iphone UI is faster than samsung's own

But the point is samsung re opened all the apps again afresh, meanwhile iphone and htc just resumed from background.

I don't care about benchmark scores. What matters is real world usage. A good example is the LG v10 running snapdragon 808 while other flagships run snapdragon 810. In benchmark every flagship phone trounce the v10, but in real life usage the v10 match every other flagships phone if not better.

READ AND UNDERSTAND ABEG. A9 is a faster chipset than Exynos 7420 n SD810 so if i6s is faster its cos of the chipset sed being a newer version n also the latest OS it runs on. Despite that, it doesnt come out faster in all categories. Next Android flagships wil trounce it with SD 820 n Exynos 8890 n MM

I haven't seen any mobile journalist or website that isn't biased to a degree. I usually read up a single device from multiple sources to sum up my own impression.

What I want to point out is this, the iPhone 6 was made with 1gb ram and dual core processors in 2014 and best the flagship androids of that era, I.e, Samsung galaxy S5, HTC M8 and LG G3.

When the galaxy note 4 debuted as well as the S6, benchmarks still featured comparisons with iPhone 6, never minding that these are devices with 3gb ram and octa core processors.

I just have to give it to the IOS for optimisation and clever engineering for the OS to achieve more using less.

It all boils down to demand and supply. Customers taste might change when they see another brand that offer something totally different from what they are use to. Android might go down which I agree given that it has so many brand using it, apple too will join But might be a gradual process. This might be 2020 or even 2044. I would be convinced when you would say that iPhone would repackage themselves either using same name or different one entirely.

I can't say anything, than for us to watch and see.

Apple under tim cook was not the same apple under steve jobs, but if jobs was alive, I can guarantee you that apple is going no where

The last high end chipset was A9 which was employed in the last iPhones so if its faster than the Android counterparts, its simply cos of the chipset and the newest OS it runs on. It will displaced in 2-3 months times when android OEMS release their flagships running SD820 and Exynos 8890 and also equipped with MarshMallow

Regarding the speedtest, iPhone 6s plus wouldn't win in all categories. Launching of camera is faster on Samsung that others.

Did you watch the video? Launching apps is generally faster on samsung but did you see where it fails worefully? Yes multitasking.

Every business has it's strength, weak point and opportunities available to them. IPhone you see and hear today are concentrating on higher class not knowing that things are changing. Yes they have patent right to their operating system but they haven't forgotten that this so called rich or high class will stop buying their phones soon. The world is going on recession as some countries are experiencing recession gradually. The so called rich will start saving to avoid hunger in years to come going by the trend in most countries. These economic trend affects all class of citizens making the demand for luxury to fall. Those countries still using iPhone now is as a result of good economy.

Dude the iphone is not the most expensive phone! S6 edge and priv are more expensive! If apple falls, then all other might had already fallen. If any OS is going down, android will first. Look at the tablet market.
