It depends on the case and type of account. If you claim it's a business account, they expect bth deposit and withdrawal regularly.

If it's a personal account, you can continue to deposit money into the account without withdrawal for 4mths (even more) as you intend. It adds up.

You can include it into your SOP that money have not been withdrawn in the past 4mths intentionally; and that it had been saved up for your study purpose. This story will even be more convincing if the acct is in your name.
