SE is like Arsenal FC, they never concentrate on developing one particular state at the expense of other states. Just as Arsenal is playing without a known proven striker thereby giving anyone the opportunity to score goal.
The SW on the other hand had made LAGOS their striker whereby every other states concentrate on feeding the striker for goals. Should you find anything curious then all you'll need do is to try and know about that particular thing by digging deep. Internet is your friend in this regard, personally I do a lot of research when I come across certain thing. For example, somebody mentioned a certain name here on nairaland and I was curious to know who the person was. The name was Robert Rebellion, I haven't heard it before so I had to do a little research to know more about him, by so doing I think I've added something to my knowledge.
