I agree it will be between 12noon & 2pm and might not necessarily last 2hours. Nevertheless, whether it's a true test of knowledge or not, several employers organize online real aptitude tests which they use in screening any candidate that doesn't pass. Shell, BAT, Standard Chattered Bank are some of the companies that do this.

By the way, which of these Aptitude tests (both online, offline, paper-based, CBT or whatever we wanna call it) is a true test of Knowledge? Is it the Dragnet that gives unrealistic timing, yet you see candidates scoring 90% and above? Is it the Workforce that expects you to read Mississippi-length passages just to answer one question? The dragnet where candidates solve correctly mathematical problems without using a pen or a calculator?

You need to see the way candidates just come in and click when they do these exams. That's where you'll see someone that has low arithmetic skills scoring 90% in numerical/quantitative. How do you think all these are possible? It's simply because these test organizers repeat the same questions year in year out. Once candidates lay hands on their past Questions, they just cram answers and click when they get to the exam hall.

Only few companies give job tests that are really true test of knowledge.

From what we've seen so far, guys should be expecting a standard aptitude test. Numerical + Verbal, Quantitative + Verbal OR Quant+Verbal+Diagramatic Reasoning+ Situational judgment. Just expect something in that line. Don't forget it will be for 2hours, so prepare yourself for something quite tiring.

Oga, it cant be 2hrs..its actually between 12 and 2pm cz not everybody will be online at the same time by 12pm due to so many reasons so thats why u av 2 hours grace to do ur test..and i doubt it will be numerical, verbal etc at the same time as this wouldn't be a true test of knowlegde cz u can av an expert do it for u or place google on standby..so most likely its gonna be personality test

Its just normal gmat for the verbal:synonyms, sentence completion, anagram, comprehension, antonyms, family relationships ets and numerical reasoning is basically gre..generally its simple
