10m surely will not finish this in this current economy. My duplex is a bit bigger than this and we're done with roofing and all that. My engineer just dropped a bill of 10.7m for me for the next stage which comprises of Doors, Windows and plastering in and out. Although my taste for quality is pretty high but still 10m can't finish that build with current realities.

I need your opinions on decision making, will 10M finish this building with painting (in and out) ? The up lintel has been casted, so project will resume at laying 2 couches till finishing.

- Front pillars haven’t also been done yet,
- Parapet (casting since I have some granite on site already)

-tilling
-pop
Screeding etc till the end.

Hopefully, INEC will get its inefficient act together and deliver a free, fair, and credible elections next week. The postponement is a very bitter pill to swallow for most of us. You're funny sha. What is shameful in the postponement of the elections when inec saw that it would amount to so many people being disenfranchised? Is it only in Nigeria that postponement of elections happen? About four state offices of inec were burnt down with many elections materials lost, pvc's burnt and some sensitive materials affected. As at yesterday evening many states complained of no ballot papers and a host of other problems and I agree some of the problems inec could have prevented but some were beyond their powers cuz they don't provide security for themselves. There is absolutely nothing wrong in postponing the elections just for a week to put everything in order and ensure every eligible electorate get the chance to exercise their civic responsibilities. Tanko would only say he presented himself to be sworn in "in acting capacity" pending the completion of the hullabaloo surrounding the dismissal of the CJN due to the fact that the office of the CJN can not remain vacant. If the CJN is not able to discharge his duties for whatever reasons, of course it is the deputy who comes in to act on his behalf.
