This is not a Nigerian Police problem. Nigerians generally do not regard safety in any thing they do, they disregard basic safety precautions and put everything in God's hands. You will see electrician holding naked wire with his bare hands when electricity is on, a welder doing his thing with only one N100 RayBans and nothing else, no safety kit, I could go on and on and on...

We really need to inculcate a safety culture in this country
