Elliotwiz1: Gud evening NL, I need help for a friend.
I need counsel for a friend of mine who told me dat she won't like to get married because of the way her parents marriage was .She also said she would just have a man get her pregnant and take care of d child single handedly. She said men turn to monsters after marriage and she would not marry . ur counsel is needed pls ? her mind is made up like since she was a child. I've tried telling her that all men are not the same but seems futile. please your wise contributions are needed. thanks Your friend has a lot of emotional issues she's dealing with you should be more focused on getting her to heal emotionally than on her opinion of marriage. Show her that not all men are that way, by being caring, leave marriage talk out of your discussions(marriage is not compulsory), she may gradually change her mind. If she doesn't, the most important thing is that she will not have to spend all her life harboring negative emotions |

OrlandoOwoh: So BBC Hausa Service should make use of English when interviewing Buhari? Why are you so closed minded, must he keep granting interviews consistently to them, are they the only media house in existence? These are the questions people should be asking, but everyone is keeping mute as if we are all under a spell. |

Decibel: Is Hausa a lingua franca? Good question, it's definitely not our official language. PMB actually went back to the same foreign media and supported mutiny in his mother tongue. A former army general? I didn't know English is so difficult to speak, especially when the person in question claims to have a Senior School Certificate. One Nigeria! |

My mum always ring it as bell that i must get married immidiately after my nysc weather i have job or not, sometimes we querrel over it when ever the issue of marriage is raised.. As an only child i think we are the most lonely person on earth. If you are the only child of your parents share your expirience. Politics › Re: Female Bombers Attack Motor-Park In Adamawa, 30 Feared Dead - Premium Times by Pidggin(f): 5:14pm On Dec 28, 2015 |
freegaza: Scores of people were feared killed Monday when two female suicide bombers attacked a busy motor park in Madagali town of Adamawa State. A witness, Danladi Buba, said the two female suicide bombers detonated bombs at a mini market near a motor park around 9am, killing many people. “About 30 people were killed with 16 others injured,” Mr. Buba said. When contacted, the Brigade Commander of 28 Task Force Brigade, Mubi, Victor Ezugwu, confirmed the incident, saying the casualty figure was yet to be established. “Two female suicide bombers struck at a garage in Madagali and detonated their devices, and we lost some beloved country men,” Mr. Ezugwu, a brigadier-general, said. He said the injured had been taken to hospital while the military had cordoned off the area. The brigade commander said the situation had been brought under control. The attack followed a series of gun and bomb attacks, between Sunday and Monday, by suspected Boko Haram militants on Maiduguri, the capital of neighbouring Borno State. Details later… For how long will this keep happening? Hmmm |

There's nothing wrong in speaking in Hausa. He speaks in whatever language his audience knows.
He should send BBC Hausa away if they ask to interview him? Has he spoken Hausa on national TV before?
This is a baseless thread. Get busy young lady. It is baseless to you because you are a Social media change agent. I am a nationalist, and I cannot sell my conscience for fried rice, if I see something wrong, I will certainly say it. |

Why are you not complaining about his dressing or the food he eats?
Tribal bigot GEJ is a nationalist, he will not indulge in such because he knows the consequences of being sectarian, and he cares. A whole president of Nigeria has consistently chosen to grant formal interviews in his mother tongue, and you call be a tribal bigot? Your hypocrisy is epic. |
