We need the best in every role. Caste or no Caste. As long as they are devoted to the green white green flag.
yet your people cannot understand when England wants to do same.
Expecting them to leave Tammy because they already have xyz. Lol

Rashford came into the mix after the commentator in the last Manchester United game said Rashford is the future number nine of England. Shocking when Tammy is there. I expected Rashford on the left and Tammy nine (if he opts for England). Rashford is a brilliant talent but in the nine role, I feel Tammy has more to offer.

However, that statement from the commentator sent warning bells that Tammy might not be in the picture Of England as some thinks. That is what dragged Rashford into the picture.

Gerrit?
Rashford actually plays much better as a number 9.
It is to the young man's credit that he still has prominent roles in both his national team and club sides despite having more established players ahead of him in his preferred position.
Tammy Abraham is a footballer I really like and I hope we snap him up, but I still do not agree that Tammy has more to offer as a number 9.

Your people don dey chase me out of here already so this is the last I will say on the issue.

As if the guy just had things handed to him . I wonder how bad it would be if he was white sef.
And the fact is, he's better than Kelechi presently. Playing for Leicester with their rubbish kick and follow doesn't help.
I see certain statements here and it makes me cringe. They make it look like united are carrying him.
When in actual fact it is far from that.
Its one thing to be patriotic, it's another thing to allow it influence our objectivity.
Rashford deserves every bit of praise he has got so far since he broke out.

If the same Rashford that they are always so eager to belittle were to have Nigerian roots, I'm sure these same set of people would sing his praise to high heavens, non stop.
He would be compared to young Pele and Maradona

I'm not asking anyone to sing his praises here btw, don't get me wrong. You don't owe that to him.
But you need to stop dragging him needlessly with people that honestly are not on his level

Good... then let the English keep Rashford and let Tammy be naa.... looolll... abi no be so? cheesy

Tammy's career has always been about goals at every level from the youth teams to The English U-19s to English U-21s to The English Championship and now in the EPL on loan at modest Swansea... Lad is goals himself. If Rashford had his goal scoring stats they will call him Pele.... lol...

Rashford has done okay to make the headlines... nothing spectacular of note. When Nacho was even bossing things as the EPL's deadliest forward, the English Media didn't talk much about it. They just turned their eyes but if that was Rashford... my goodness... hyperbole would have been redefined. #Fact

So since The English got Rashford... they got nothing to worry about naa... this just shows their hypocrisy.

P.S: Dele Alli na special case. England lacks a good CAM now outside Alli.... even Barkley is dual national (has some Nigerian blood thru his granny i think) but is more English and Alli trumps him. Since Lampard and Gerrard retired... no other midfielder comes close to their quality except Alli. So the English had no choice and Alli will surely keep shining for England... in fact he is their best player before you name Harry Kane sef.
I wonder when you guys will stop disrespecting Rashford.
You can make a case for Tammy Abraham, Iheanacho or any other young Nigerian footballer playing in England without dragging Rashford in.

True.
Nigeria is assembling a scarily good team for African standards. It is no wonder why the super-eagles walked over the world cup qualifier ''group of death'' like it was nothing.
With a couple of more decent additions especially in defence and midfield, and an above average technical coaching crew, I dare say we could do something decent in Russia.
much of the credit has to go to gernot Rorh and his crew.
The man knows what he is doing.
And his is making really good use of scouts to try and improve the national pool as much as possible.
They keep unearthing promising players from all over Europe, many of which are of dual nationalities and are managing to convince a good number of them to switch.

Nigerian national team games for the 1st time since I can remember have a clear tactical game plan even though the set up keeps changing with each game.
Despite this it has only backfired once, against SA in uyo when tried to make onazi be our deeplying playmaker in Mike's absence. The idiot kept overhitting passes or delaying them till nacho was caught offside.

On top of all that, he is willing to work, with delayed salary and never moans about it.

Whoever hired this man, na God go bless am
There was a time I heard his salary areers had run into serial months. I no even know if them don pay am yet

This lad should not be allowed to join barca on any account! Let us not make the same mistake we did with pogba! He has sent a message to the club with his contract stand off and he is already an england under 18 captain and he has done all he needs to do for the feeder team in order to get a shot in the first XI! This kid deserves to even be on the bench against top sides or even playing from the start or in a supporting role against the likes of Brighton and newcastle! This is the sort of awareness, confidence and potential skill players like messi and ronaldo also displayed at 17! The transfer market is messed up so jose needs to call his folks and spit some game!

My opinion!
what impresses me most about him is not even his dribbling.
'drimblers' full everywhere these days.
It his awareness and passing ability. The boy knows how to hit a ball too.
Its just a shame that he is just so slight in frame.
Until that improves he can't be too involved with the fist team

I'm not attacking anybody. It's pretty obvious from Contes statement that he was talking about Chalobah and Ake, both of whom have done nothing since they left to justify the amount of crying heard when news of their departures first broke.

I was just sharing my own thoughts in line with Conte's.

I'm obviously happy for the likes of RLC being the player of the month at Crystal Palace, though I suspect that you only need to do 1 legover and complete 1 pass to be the best player at that club . If RLC carries on like this, we will be able to sell him for a tidy sum - maybe even an Ake level maga sum.

So yeah, more of that please....

The only guy I'm happy to integrate into the team next year is Tammy, provided he can bulk up his frame a bit.

Musonda et al can do one...
grin

What I actually said was that you were attacking his philosophy, not him..

Ffs you still are grin

There's no point rehashing these points. Conte had already ended the argument last season.

This season already we can see the 2nd comings of Nesta and Pirlo already conceding all manners of unholy scores.

Dutch international is already fighting relegation, and Chalobah has already been publicly swindled on the pitch by an opposition player and was last seen chopping Six unreplied goals.

This youth argument has been dying slowly since. We watched them come - McEachran, PvA, Bamford - get hyped in these pages, and then combust in the flames of relegation, or hang precariously above the abyss from hooks of mediocrity.

Conte the undertaker just came to bury the wack argument 2 feet shallow, never mind six feet deep.
A more direct response to this attack on your pheelosophee.. Not what I'm seeing above

He had his chance and chose to not take it.
That ship has sailed.
There are currently a lot of young players on the verge of breaking out, we just need to put our eyes on the ground and snap them up before others do.

this is what happens when you know little but dont know enough. Your whole hypothesis collapses when you get enlightened enough to know human organs can not just be ripped out of a body and transferred to another like it is a machine part. To be eligible as an organ donor in majority of cases, you have to remain alive or at worse brain dead, other forms of death such as cardiac death renders one ineligible. Moreso the organs cant just be ripped up even from an eligible donor, it requires a surgical process and the organs to be delicately preserved/kept alive. try reading more about "medical" organ harvesting and transplant.

if this werent the case, we would have been able to just drive to a morgue/mortuary to harvest all the organs we need for transplant. on the contrary what is obtainable is to harvest organs of terminal patients close to the time of death.
