has anyone ever submitted medical report for a previously denied application in a new application? Can it serve as an upfront medical?. If yes, what did you submit as proof that you had done medicals before? Urgent reply pls |

berexio1: Go and start packing...Btw what school are u going to? See u in Canada... Amen. I'm Going to Uwinnipeg! Are you already in Canada? |

berexio1: Its good u gave this figure, because I won't wanna go with the earlier assumption u made about ur bank statement not valid..
What has proven to have worked for undergraduates is a 2-digit Bank statement, becos the financial burden for them is more unlike the post graduates. So my dear, u need to increase ur balance, atleast from 12m upwards..
Lastly, I am not justifying presenting a statement over a month, bt if ur app meet what they are looking for and an updated bank statement is the only issue, they will usually ask u to supply it from experience. But as long as this reason is not on the generic reasons for refusal, it cannot be an outright reason for refusal.
I hope u get me.
Cheers, and goodluck with ur re-fire! Yeah thank you very much! God bless u. I just refired with a bank statement of over 20 million. And all the same documents.the only new thing I added is my scholarship letter from my school. I hope it works out this time. By Gods grace |

berexio1: How much was in ur bank statement? Was it ur personal SOA? Also, can u tell me what they ticked as ur only reason for denial..It is clear u assumed they didn't consider ur statement because it was over a month, bt we can brainstorm other reasons... It was over 8 million. They only ticked that I do not have enough and available financial resources for upkeep. It was not my personal bank statement because I was just 17. What are the other reasons you can brainstorm? because I can't think of any other reason. Note that they did not tick that I did not have financial resources to pay my fees or to travel because I already proved those ones by paying my fees and booking my ticket |

berexio1: How were u able to come about the bolded? Is there somewhere on ur refusal letter this was stated? That you were refused based on the fact that you didn't have a more recent statement..Pls enlighten the house.. Thanks for your question, in my denial form they did not tick that I did not have enough financial resources to pay for school or to travel (this was most likely because I put my first semester receipt and my ticket booking). The only thing that was ticked was that I do not have enough financial resources for upkeep in Canada. That gives the impression that my bank statement was not valid because the only thing they could have used the bank statement to verify is if I have enough and available financial resources for upkeep. If it was not my old bank statement, they would have ticked insufficient funds for all three fields. And also it is stated on one of the CIC forms that your bank statement should not be older than 1 month. |

Sammypraise: Hello my fellow naira landers, pls i need responses to the following questions: after a visa refusal, i want to reapply again. 1) pls my sponsors statement of account printed was from January - july, that was the one i earlier used, can i reaplly with that or we should go and reprint another one ( prev Ball: 14m)? 2)pls how do you know if you pass your previous medical, through paper route cause i might be reapplying with the previous medicals? 3) i hope i am not too late to reapply this November ..cause i want to resume january session in UR. 4)My SOP is 3 pages cause i have alot of things i needed to explain for my study gap. pls and pls i need answers to this questions, i dont want to take chances this time around. God bless you all for your usual support. 1)You cannot use a bank statement older than 1 month (this was my only reason for denial in my previous application). The VO will most likely assume you don't have the required balance right now that's why you are submitting an old one. Also ensure your cash inflow is greater than outflow on the New bank statement. 2) if you did not pass the medical, it will be ticked on your denial form 3) it is not too late, just submit, pray and be hopeful. 4) As for the SOP, personally I didn't put one in my application (I have a 2 year study gap) though I'm still a teenager, but if you want to put one, make sure you have a legitimate explanation for your study gap. The VO will be quick to deny is he suspects any dishonesty. But before you ask all these questions, can you state the reason you were denied because that will help you figure out how to repackage your application. I hope this is helpful to you and I also pray your application is approved this time IJN. God bless you too. |

TALK2FABO: Fund available will be rent plus miscellaneous expenses. To be at the safe side take rent to be $1000 and other expenses to be $350 per month then multiply it by the number of months your program will cover. If it is undergraduate, do we multiply for all the 4 years? |

I was just told to come and pick up my passport on Monday. Thank you for you advice and thank God for everything. It would all end in testimony. I can't wait to share my testimony on here TheBae: They advise againdt it but it isn't a crime + having a flight itinerary doesn't mean you've paid for it. It's just to show that plans are already kicking off. There's nothing wrong with that, that's why it's a compassionate plea not a letter claiming entitlement |

Thanks again. Would I be able to collect my passport on Monday or what can I do TheBae: Yes dear, not everyone gets the mail before they get their passport and some don't even get it until they request for it. Keep the faith alive |

Thank you. I did that yesterday and mynpassport was dispatched yesterday too. No approval mail. Is the approval mail compulsory or it's not everyone that gets it TheBae: Send a compassionate plea to them attaching your flight itinerary. Don't forget to include your tracking number and passport number in the letter. Copy the letter to the main mail space not as an attachment cos I heard theyy hardly open attachments with no reference in the main mail. |

I am new here. I applied for my study permit (paper route ) on the 30th of July. Got my medical call on the 11th of August. Did my Medicals on the 18th and since then, nothing from CIC. How long do I have to wait because I already bought my ticket for the 8th of this month |
