Responsibilities

Facility management
Supervising all activities carried out by the organization
Ensure stock organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE/OND
Proximity to IKEJA
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office tasks.

Managing day to day office activities including answering the phone, upkeep of the office and able to run office errands...
