Maybe he gave you money to test you? Have you thought about that.
Return the money and explain the reasons why you are returning the money. Most Nigerian women will never take the initiative when it comes to relationships. It's all on the man. Tell him how you feel or you will forget regret it. If he does not feel the same way accept that, you don't always get what you want in life.
Thanks

I have succeeded in being his close friend by trying to form hardworking-lady. We always talk about business which he always adviced me.

The other day, he called me and offered to give me cash to start my business. I refused but he insisted way too much. Already, he sent d money to me.

But, that's not wat I want. I want him to love me. D reason y av bin so serious lately was so dat he can love me.

PLEASE, wat should I do?

Should I send d money back to him? (because I don't want him see me differently)

Did he GIVE ME MONEY to get me out of his air? May be I hav bin disturbing him too much with questions.

Have I bin bothering him too much by always asking for advice?

Is it dat he wants to get rid of me?

How can I make him LOVE ME BACK.

PLEASE GIVE ME GOOD ADVICE LIKE I AM YOUR SISTER

RomanceHow My Church-Goer Girlfriend Tried To Snatch My Boyfriend On Sunday by pinkp(op):
I just heard this and I want to share it with the world. Wonder shall never end. It's a real life story that happened today in fact, it's happened few minutes ago.

I and my boyfriend started dating like a month ago. Last week, he gave me some cash to do my hair but when I got home, my mum called me that she needed money to sort out some things. So, I couldn't use the money to get new look, I sent the cash to my mum. Also, I couldn't tell my boyfriend bcoz I didnt want it to look like, we just started dating n m burdening him already.

So, d money left on me was for food n transport only. I had no more cash to go to the saloon. When I got home from d bank, I brought out my old weave-on and fixed it. (I sat in front of my large mirror in my room, did all-back hairstyle, fixed d weave-on on it and brushed my hair on d opening in front)

Wen my boyfriend saw d hair, he loved it and I was so happy dat he didn't find out.

I have dis girlfriend which I trusted so much that I told her about it. She loves to go to church like kilode and she was always involve in every youth matter. She also complimented d hair dat no one can know dat it was self made.

Today, my boyfriend whatsapped me that I shud come to his place urgently. Wen I got there, I met my girlfriend there. As soon as she saw me, she started screaming insults at me. She already told my boyfriend what happened b4 I got there. I was so embarrassed and ashamed that I couldn't look at my bf in the eye.

After his long silence, he asked if it was true and I nodded. He then thanked my friend for telling him about it. Afterwards, he told her to get out of his house n to never show her face, that she's done enough in seducing him and trying to make me look bad. He then told me dat it's OK and dat he is not angry at me. But he didn't like d way I couldn't confide in him. He really like d fact dat I did d hair myself and promised to help me open MY OWN SALOON.

My question is:
1. Is it true dat male-friends are more trustworthy dan female-friends?

2. If u are in my shoe right now, wat will u do to ur friend? Because m so furious dat I want beat her into pulp n insult her anywhere I see her. May b I shud go to her place with organized beaters.....

3. Is it really d work of God ? like some say because, If ds one no happen, may b I won't b a Hair saloon n Spa owner by next month.

Beautiful write-up about the C&S church. I'm impressed someone put this up.
Let me quickly give you a background, I was born and bred there. Left when I got to university and after I got a firm grip and good understanding of basic biblical principles.
I seriously am wowed by the depth of those hymns, so much I've had to buy some of them online.

Meanwhile, I understand we all can't leave, a few people will still remain.
Pls where can I locate a cherubim n seraphim in ilorin?

Why I am a Cherubim & Seraphim..........

Too many times I have been asked by people – colleagues at work, friends and acquaintances - why I worship at the Cherubim and Seraphim Church. The answer for me is very simple - I believe in the church, every mode of worship and activities work for me.

The hymns and songs are one crucial elements of this; I can die for some of the lyrics of some of our hymns. There is a song for every situation one is going through, hymns such as ‘Lo kede ayo na fun gbogbo aiye, p’omo olorun segun iku…’, ‘Eyin angeli to wa lorun, e fiyin fun baba…’, ‘N’irumi ati ji aiye, mogbo ohun itunu kan, o nso si mi leti wipe, emi ni mase beru…….’, ‘Adupe lowo olorun, to dawa si doni…’…and so on…and you still ask me why I attend this GREAT church;?

I was born and bred in this church, this is something I am so grateful for, a lot of people think that white garment churches connote fetishism and we all know that this is not true. I guess that the negative images on home videos do not help.

The white garment simplifies purity and uniformity. A friend once told me that he married a lady who attends the C & S and he said he always come to the church but will never put on the garment. One day, his brother had an issue with the immigration while visiting him and his wife in the UK, he then wore the garment and prayed to God saying ‘’if God lets his brother back home safely, he will forever wear the garment and attend C&S’’, his brother called him few a few hours after that prayer that he had been released. Ever since, my friend has been attending C&S and putting on the garment. He said to me one day that we that were born into the church do not know what we have - sadly, this is mostly true.

At times we take things for granted because we feel it’s always going to be there. The General overseer said something in one of he’s sermons to us at the Youth Fellowship, that we need to know how our heritage started especially that of our Great church so we won’t be challenged by outsiders about our faith/church and we will be found wanting.

#ProudlySeraph

Let's keep representing Jesus as stated in Matthew 5:16

God bless

Quoted is the Cherubim and Seraphim doctrine and we cannot because of the development of worldly thing change what we belief in but we can only add value to it because they are all backed without our manual (bible) thou some will say some of them are in the old testament but if we are to condemn the old testament why do we pray from there?

Christianity EtcRe: The Untold Story About CHERUBIM And SERAPHIM CHURCH By Bolaji Jethro Ajibola by pinkp: 1:56pm On Apr 28, 2017
Bolajeth:
The Cherubim and Seraphim Church (C&S) is a Pente-Charismatic church. It is probably the oldest of the African Instituted Churches in Nigeria. This movement within Christianity places special emphasis on the direct personal experience of God through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as shown in the Biblical account of the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2). The Holy Spirit, through a man called Moses Orimolade (who began preaching after he had been dramatically healed from illness), instituted it.

The ministry of Orimolade witnessed miracles, signs and wonders at a time of great hardship and insecurity for the people (beginning of 20th century). The Church was first named the Seraphim Society on the 9th of September, 1925 and later in May 1927, the Cherubim was added, thereby called the Cherubim and Seraphim.

Moses Orimolade would later travel the length of Nigeria, where in spite of segregation, rejection and ridicule preached the Word with power, healed the sick and wrought miracles, which sparked major Revivals. These revivals were prime newsworthy outpourings of the Holy Ghost in that part of the world. These attracted people from all around the world. Consequently, the coverage these revivals and miracles received gave close attention to the movement and helped fuel its growth.

God wrought special miracles by the hands of Orimolade. However, there was early divergence as regards his ministry. This stems from the fact that the Church institute by God through Orimolade believed in the power of divine healing, prophecy and visions that were consistent with the early church (but was not common with the missionary churches that came to Africa then). Later on, Christians from mainline churches in Nigeria, and other parts of the world began to accept the teaching that the baptism of the Holy Spirit (which is manifested through prophecy, visions, and divine healing to mention but a few) is available for Christians today. One feature of the movement is a total reliance on God, a trust in Jesus and the Holy Spirit and not in an organization or church.

More recently much effort is deployed to systematize the theology of the Church and its understanding of the faith. The Church has seven sacraments: baptism, confirmation, penitence, Eucharist, marriage, ordination and anointing or unction. The Cherubim and Seraphim operate the “Fivefold ministries”: Apostleship, Evangelism, Pastoral, Prophetic, and Teaching ministries.

"Cherubim and Seraphim” is neither a religious nor an “angel worshipping church” as referred to by people. Rather, the “Cherubim and Seraphim” is a Pente-charismatic and dynamic apostolic ministry. Cherubim and Seraphim Church is not only a Pentecostal but also Charismatic in nature. The name signified the “redeemed” who had experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

In the account of the Fall of man (In the Garden of Eden), Cherubim are represented as guarding “the way to the Tree of Life”. Put clearly, God’s glory (Cherub) took over. To modern Christians, this connotes that man can no longer eat out of the tree of Life (Christ) by works unless by righteousness in Christ Jesus; the Holy Spirit (Rev.2: 1-7). Adam & Eve were replaced with the Cherub (God’s Glory) to protect the Word (Tree of Life Jn.1: 1-5).

On the other hand, Seraph signifies the Baptism of the Holy Spirit; the fire of God, which Isaiah experienced (Isa.6: 1-cool. From this text, one can observe that the Seraph announced the forgiveness of Isaiah sins. One of the Seraphim touched Isaiah’s mouth with a live coal and pronounced his forgiveness (Isa.6: 6-7). It is unlikely that an angel can solely pardon sin, as this is not just their ministry! When the glory of God touches us, we become baptized in the Holy Spirit, which accompanies forgiveness for newness (Transformation). This scene repeated itself; one of the accusations charged against Jesus: They said, “who is He to say your sin is forgiven” (Lk.2: 3-7).

Cherubim & Seraphim are not angels, as many have erroneously believed. From bible standpoint, they are symbolic figures representing certain characteristics of the Glory of God. In other words, the Cherubim are pictorial similitude, or representation of God’s divine inherent nature. Also, the Seraph is another symbolic creature signifying the likeness of God’s Glory. Seraphim means “consuming fire” manifesting expressively as the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and God as a consuming fire (Heb.12: 25-29). We can only have access to God through the fire of the Holy Spirit, which produces holiness. That was what Isaiah experienced to become a redeemed prophet of God. (Gen.3: 24, Eze.10: 2, Jer.23: 9, Rev.19: 15, Jer.5: 14 Jn.15: 3-4, Lk.3: 16, Rev.2: 7).

Put succinctly, Cherubim and Seraphim represent an attribute of God’s glory in holiness, righteousness and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. They are not angels as most people believed
