BusinessRe: Ghanaians Fear Nigerian Domination Of Economy –minister by pixiraver(m): 4:27am On May 20, 2009
Ghanaians are not that bad, my grand mother is a Ghanaian though its been ages she last visited Ghana, i have good ghanaian friends, we do brag about so many things but at the end we laugh about it and it ends there. I do trust this friends and they are always there for me so we should stop spreading hate speech, i think both countries envy each other, Nigerians even their democracy and Ghanaian envy our business skills.

Between, Osoisi you cracked me up with the neon sign thing cheesy
BusinessRe: Intercontinental Bank Has Become Useless by pixiraver(m): 2:16pm On Mar 15, 2009
The problem with Nigerians is we like free stuffs, you get an alert when you withdraw or receive money you need to pay for that service, it is simple! I don't support the 10,000 naira minimum deposit but have we asked ourselves how this banks make their money?

Here in South Africa you are charged for withdrawing money from your account via your Bank's ATM machine, you are charged monthly for using the internet banking and you are also charged for even depositing money into your account. The Bank is a business organization which means they need to make money to pay their staffs etc.

We should stop crying about their charges, they are only making our lives better, imagine going to the likes of UBA, First Bank, Union Bank etc queuing up for hours and you see this old women chatting away and ignoring you, how would you feel? It's not by force using the internet banking but if you want to use such facility you must pay for it. Have you considered how much money you might spend taking a bus or putting fuel in your car just to visit the bank to check your account balance?

Make una shut up jare, una too like awoof grin (i do own a buying and selling website called www.awoofshop.com where you can get stuffs for free grin)

We just need to know how to take care of this charges, for example you use the internet banking why should you also subscribe for SMS alerts? Mumu people,

PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 1:36pm On Feb 07, 2009
Charles, i keep asking how do we need to proceed? Do we list our own ideas? I have mentioned things we need to do, before we proceed we need to form a uniform movement with our ideas, agenda etc then we can start inviting people to join. We do need people from facebook etc we can easily reach out to lots of people via such medium.

We have to start now believe me guys, 2011 is just around the corner and there is so much that needs to be done. Yes we need to act maturely yet swiftly.
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 8:15am On Feb 07, 2009
I don't think we should suggest just Donald Duke and Pat Utomi, there are other people there which we can suggest, we should add more people to the list.

PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 8:35pm On Feb 06, 2009
Ok, we can do it this way, we list the number of people that are interested, when we get to around 50 we launch a website, on the website we will have people acknowledge their location then set out objectives, which is recruitment. We want people to volunteer and be recruited from various part of the world, then we can pursue our agenda. What do you guys think?
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 8:10pm On Feb 06, 2009
So what date and time do we agree on meeting online? Is it on yahoo messenger, msn or skype? If we agree on the date, then we can advertise this date on nairaland, villagesquare, facebook etc Believe me guys we will get huge audience.

So what we need now? A website that can provide information on the date of the meeting online, probably our own chat room or something. I volunteered to pay for the domain name and hosting, any web designer in the house?
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 7:30pm On Feb 06, 2009

I suggest we all submit our yahoo messenger ids to proudly9ja so if you are interested submit your name, area of expertise, yahoo id to proudly9ja. Action please!

PoliticsRe: $44 Million Fraud: Fbi Declares Nigerian Wanted Like Bin Ladin by pixiraver(m): 12:52pm On Feb 06, 2009
In Nigeria we have authorized thieves (Politicians) and non authorized thieves (pick pockets etc) It is sad this wankster has further spoilt Nigeria's rep, he is a Nigerian to Americans and not ibos, a crime is a crime drug dealer, 419 etc So we mustn't bring ethnic sentiments into this topic. The boy is a criminal and should be shot, hanged or jailed for 1000 years, do you know the kind of pain owners of the money must have gone through? stupid idiot.
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 12:21pm On Feb 06, 2009

PoliticsRe: Man who shot Lucky Dube says he thought he was a Nigerian! by pixiraver(op): 10:23am On Feb 06, 2009
Jakumo:
As a matter of historical record, the Late, Great and Always Mighty General Sanni Abacha died on the field of battle like the true Sandhurst Trained warrior that he was.    Here, for the first time, is the exclusive, true account of Abacha's Last Stand.

Outnumbered ten-to-one by butt-nekkid Indian hookers of subversive beauty, and running desperately low on both ammunition and morale, the Pygmy General gallantly rose to the occasion to go above and beyond the Call of Duty, in his ferocious, single-handed counter-offensive against the forces of nihilism and degeneracy, which the result that the enemy resorted to modes of warfare explicitly forbidden under the statutes of the Geneva Convention, and which ultimately martyred the Great General, in the prime of his youth.

PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 5:34am On Feb 06, 2009
We need to outline our strategy on recruitment, we surely can recruit lots of people here on Nairaland and also the likes of facebook etc

If we want something done we shouldn't just sit down there and complain, we need to stand up and do something, but if we decide to sit down and complain without doing anything then i don't think Nairaland makes any sense to any of us.

I am no politician or campaigner, i just want a better Nigeria. Simple.
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 8:38pm On Feb 05, 2009
This is no issue of who gets the juice, we are all committed and want the best for Nigeria, we know what Nigeria needs, which is good leadership and we can set the example. I am currently driven to help my country and believe me i don't want to be paid doing it. Let's make this happen i plead with you all, our unborn children will be glad we made this choice, let us be part of history.
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 6:34am On Feb 04, 2009
I think for a start, we need to give the political party a name, then we draft our agenda, our vision and goals, we start recruiting etc from there we get the structure of the party and believe me you will see youthful Nigerians trooping in to join us. It is time we changed our leaders, even Yar Adua promised the next election to be free from rigging, lets hope he is for once being honest.
PoliticsRe: Nairaland Political Party? by pixiraver(m): 10:48pm On Feb 03, 2009
earTHMama:
How will you solve the issue of tribalism in this Nairaland's political party?. How will the party allocate positions without one tribe accusing another of nepostism?. I am naturally not partisan but I will stand by and watch closely some other groups that will want to pull a fast one on my peeps.
Kobojunkie:
And with that @Jensimi, we announce the dissolution of your dream political party. . . . roflmao!!!
Come on guys lets be serious, it can really happen, we don't really need to pick someone from nairaland, we can carry out our own researches and come up with candidates that are truly detribalized Nigerians. We need a platform like this to make such dreams happen, Obama used this method to win the US elections, why can't we? Instead of some stupid yahoo boys wasting their precious time sending stupid "I want to be your partner" emails they can devote their time in recruiting people for such dream.

It is possible and i say we should go for it! "Yes we can"

Not all South Africans are like that, it is mostly the illiterate ones that behave like that, but it is really pathetic cry
