DAX marches on, relentless, towards a new all time high.

This is essentially a fundamental driven bias. Been finding a way to get long positions into certain indices for a while. Bull market, most of them, until proven otherwise . But before the otherwise, I tend to believe DAX is going to make a new all time high.

A word of note here. If you're long indices. Don't over leverage. When they will drop.. It's going to be swift and sharp.

Bullish momentum is there. And I just want to buy the dips.

Trying at the grey area around market open provided I am satisfied with what I see.

We get a bullish candle on Monday?.. We march on.

Compression before expansion...

Could be up or down but I am bullish.
Been compressed in a range by two horizontal levels for weeks.
I am bullish.

When the upper range level gets taken out, the bull market begins in full force.

Meanwhile.. We traded below range low last week but secured a close back inside. And I am attempting to long it back to the range top.

I have reasons to think CHF will be weak for some time..

Conservatively, best to wait for price to hold above the last day's highs.

But I am attempting longs once I get a good setup.

Ideal place I am looking at is the grey box.

3 more pairs on my watchlist. Will probably post them tomorrow.

GBPCHF.
USDCHF.

These are all ideas. Taking the trades depend on price action around marked out areas of interest and many other factors.

I am bearish.

The targets are as outlined.

Ideally, I want a return to origin, the grey area, for entries.
No guarantee it will return there but I increase your edge by entering trades exactly where you want to.

CADCHF on a glorious march.

And I don't think it's done yet.

The buying pressure is heavy.

And I am looking for longs to the purple lines.


My area of interest for an entry is the last resistance that was taken. It may turn to support. I call that the key level.

There is a 15 minute liquidity base below that level.

As always.. We react to what happens per time.

But what is the dream?
A candle on Monday, with the low close to the key level.
Sweep of the low and key level on Tuesday into the base. With the open of Tuesday's candle holding as support once price returns above it.

I think it's a matter of entry for this. And it should continue up.

USDJPY has room to run.

Despite the recent massive USD sell off. USD made substantial gains against the YEN. I expect a USD recovery against the other pairs. What I am saying is this: USDJPY should not see any significant drop any time soon.

We can clearly see a key structure level has been taken. And price has held above it so far.

What's next?
Probably a retest of the region.
If that holds.. We see the purple line.

The destination is clear : 111.70

A thing about the USDJPY is that when it moves, it moves. I once looked at the weekly chart and noticed it does not put in long wicks on the weekly. So I don't expect the pullback to go below that key structure level.

If I am not sure yet as to if it has found support.. There is a trick.. But I don't think I will resort to that.

Eyes firmly on the grey box. It's an area of interest. There are also liquidity bases there.

Word of caution. Everybody sees that key structure level. I won't be surprised if prices are manipulated around there to induce shorts, trap shorts and force out buyers.


I will show this one no mercy if it goes to plan. We wait to see. The idea is to stay sharp.

Back to EURAUD.
I am still very much bullish.

My earlier entry was simply rushed and stupid. Peak FOMO.

Today's candle gives me the hope of a very precise entry next week.

My eyes now on the price action at the lower circled area if price gets there.
I have to work with today's low and Monday's open to see if that would provide an opportunity.

I would love to see the low designated by the green line swept. With subsequent reclaim of the level.
That would also imply a sweep of the present day's low.


As always, I think getting a precise entry is the most difficult bit. Even more difficult than determining the destination.

Remember 1.6770

Over the weekend, will look at this again bias wise. Especially factoring in AUDUSD which seems to have defied gravity, and is not looking back. If it doesn't show weakness, this trade won't work.

Will GBPJPY give us a 2618 pattern?
It's possible.
I am bullish long term. But more room for a downside move to the neckline (those two lines I put together, that 130.50 area) of the double bottom. Where the bullish move might resume from. That neckline is also around or very close to the 61.8 fibonacci retracement level of the initial bullish move. So I think down then up. Care must be taken while trading GBP pairs because of the numerous fundamental events affecting those pairs. Again just a view I share, I may be wrong.

For my buy to be valid, there is need for a decisive break of the neckline of the inverted head and shoulders pattern. My trades are typically medium to long term. You are more of a short term trader. And at such.. That may explain why my analyses may not align with positions you intend to take.

CHFJPY. Daily.
Patterns do fail but if this goes the direction I think. This would be perfection.
Price broke a descending trendline.. Retested and was was rejected off the trendline.. And is now presenting us with another entry opportunity by forming an inverted head and shoulders pattern.
This new entry opportunity will be at the neckline of the inverted head and shoulders.

Great analysis. I am also in a sell here. But i would be looking to close my position once price gets to around the current 4hrs Support. This is because a bullish Flag Reversal is just around the corner in CadChf 4hrs tf. This would probably affect the UsdChf free fall.

Just my opinion. Also to call your attention to it in case you see it happening.
