If the trendline doesn't hold. Doesn't change the bias. It just means it probably wants to retrace deeper. Quite confident we see 0.7080, maybe next week.

0.7080 is a good immediate term target.

This won't be exactly easy to pull off.
Best to wait for structure high marked x to be broken first.. Then wait for a retracement to the green line.
Invalidation is the red line.
1.6550 is a good first target.

Plan B is if there is a lower timeframe setup that may suggest it's ready for take off.

There is a slight possibility of a deeper raid.
And for that, there is a plan C.

No one is sure for certain.

AUDUSD.
Didn't talk about this.

But I am just trying to work the ranges.
Slept off.. Missed my entry at the upper blue line. But RRR is still okay. Target is the lower black line. 0.6850 area.

Where I have to reevaluate.

PJAMES1:
USDJPY has room to run.

Despite the recent massive USD sell off. USD made substantial gains against the YEN. I expect a USD recovery against the other pairs. What I am saying is this: USDJPY should not see any significant drop any time soon.

We can clearly see a key structure level has been taken. And price has held above it so far.

What's next?
Probably a retest of the region.
If that holds.. We see the purple line.

The destination is clear : 111.70

A thing about the USDJPY is that when it moves, it moves. I once looked at the weekly chart and noticed it does not put in long wicks on the weekly. So I don't expect the pullback to go below that key structure level.

If I am not sure yet as to if it has found support.. There is a trick.. But I don't think I will resort to that.

Eyes firmly on the grey box. It's an area of interest. There are also liquidity bases there.

Word of caution. Everybody sees that key structure level. I won't be surprised if prices are manipulated around there to induce shorts, trap shorts and force out buyers.


I will show this one no mercy if it goes to plan. We wait to see. The idea is to stay sharp.

There is a risk of further retracement.
But I make an attempt here.
