Please I need help regarding what I can tender as living expense fund for student visa in new Zealand. I plan using my parent pension fund account with a letter from my father supporting me for this. I have gotten different opinions while some said it's tenable and others said I can't. Please it's a little urgent and advice is needed. Anyone who has used a PFA recently for NZ living expenses?

1. Can I do the police certificate for a visa in any other place aside from Lagos?
2. Can I apply for a visa at the same time as my daughter and husband or wait till after my visa is given?
