It is Your Debt !!! As many of us have given into living as the day passes by, with no quest into unraveling the mystery of life. We do things just to satisfy our desires without thinking of the impact on others. Now, men do intentionally harm others and inflict unimaginable injury and in some cases leading to death of individuals. While some people believe in the existence of heaven and hell but relying on grace to escape from punishment, some also believe but just do not care of the repercussion and others just do not believe in the story of heaven and hell. Ignorance they say, can never be an excuse. And of the truth is the popular saying: The evil that men do lives after them. Every evil done in thoughts, words or deed is a debt that must be redeemed with equal or even sometimes more ( with interest) weight. This strongly aligns with the law of reciprocal: whatever you sow, you shall reap. But as men find it difficult to understand the relationship between the concept of heaven and hell and the consequence of deeds. Coupled with the wrong understanding of grace, men are drowned in the ocean of their materialistic desires and allow their untamed and wild beings run riot. Thus inflicting harm on fellow men. Either in this world or the world beyond, your debts are tied to your soul and must be redeemed for your soul to ascend. When Men have this understanding, there will be a greatly reduced number of evil deeds, and the world can truly be at peace. http://soulawakeness..com/2016/12/it-is-your-debt.html |

http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/other-categories/fct-gets-land-use-allocation-committee/ FCT GETS LAND USE & ALLOCATION COMMITTEE The FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello has approved the constitution of the FCT Land Use and Allocation Committee (LUAC) in line with the provisions of the Land Use Act 1978. The Minister made this revelation while receiving the Commandant of the National Defense College, Rear Admiral Sunday Alade that paid him a working visit in his office at Area 11, Garki I District, Abuja. http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/fct-abuja/how-to-carry-out-proper-search-on-area-council-land-in-abuja/ The rate at which fake documents/ titles are been sold in Abuja especially as it concerns area council lands in Abuja is quite alarming. Most especially with the so called "Window search" which can easily be manipulated by agents and many at times, the result is truly "window" as it might not be done in-depth to confirm authenticity or validity of title documents. Below is validated means of proper search procedure on Area Council land in Abuja using Bwari Area Council as example; 1. Pay N5000 to Bwari Revenue account, obtain your teller 2. Pay another N5000 to Bwari Area council to obtain search form, also collect your receipt. 3. Submit duly completed form with photocopies of your title documents, 2 passport photographs, 2 different means of identification (e.g international passport, drivers license, national card...), teller and receipts to Bwari Area Council.... http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/fct-abuja/how-to-carry-out-proper-search-on-area-council-land-in-abuja/ |
As copied from http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/fct-abuja-3/what-is-the-difference-between-power-of-attorney-and-deed-of-assignment/ Popularly,a power of attorney is a document that gives another person the power to utilize or carry out activities as stipulated in content. It could be ordinary or irrevocable power of attorney. The extent of what an agent can do for the principal are usually stated in the POA. While the deed of assignment is a document executed/signed by both parties to transfer the title of one to another. both Deed of Assignment and Power of attorney are both instruments for transfer of title. You only need to know which particular document is being used as the instrument in that area. Now, let us move to Abuja FCT. For a deed of assignment to be effectivie, you must back it up with consent from FCT Minister. ofcourse, this is not easily available as it could take up to one year or more. It is possible for somebody to transfer all his title with irrevocable POA. Especially, at AGIS, you MUST present a Power of Attorney if you are not the original allotee for proper documentation. |
The attention of the Delta State Government has been drawn to the intention of some Local Government Council Administrators in the State to constitute Local Planning Authorities to handle Town Planning and Development matters in their respective Local Government Areas. This intended action, to say the least, runs counter to existing law and practices as contained in the Delta State Urban and Country Planning Law. For the avoidance of doubt, Deltans, Land and Property Developers in the State should take note that the State Government exercises jurisdiction in Town and Urban Development control matters through the Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development. Therefore, the Local Government Council Administrators contemplating the establishment of Local Planning Authorities should note that this act borders on usurpation of powers of an already existing government organ which is capable of breaching public peace and an embarrassment to government. Accordingly, the Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development has by this announcement advised members of the public not to patronize such illegal Local Planning Authorities, as any approval granted by such illegal Authorities shall have no effect. Hello Professionals, Please help. I just bought an AMAC land. The seller told me to get a power of attorney document for him to sign. When I asked about deed of assignment, he said he has no information as he is not used to that. In Lagos, we do get deed of assignment after buying a plot of land as this is a very important document. Could someone explain power of attorney and deed of assignment issue as it impacts buying of land in Abuja. http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/fct-abuja-3/what-is-the-difference-between-power-of-attorney-and-deed-of-assignment/ |

in Naija, the stress of owing landed properties is killing. From issue with omo onile, to development control officers and not to even talk of unstable government policies. if you have ever fallen victim of bad property, you might decide never to venture into it again. forexample, some people that bought AMAC allocation in a particular area in Lugbe, Abuja are now blaming themselves after FCDA did a new layout on allocated regions and reallocation. It is never an easy job like you have painted it. You must be ready to get involved deeply and have some level of risk taking. This is one of the reasons i created http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/ to help prospective property buyers with some information of processes. http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/ |
