Well i don't understand the topic so deeply but i can still make some contributions.

Some Ladies don't know when to say yes or no because they might have made a mistake in some initial stage by saying Yes istead of No (vice versa)  and vow not to make that kind of mistake in the future. so when they are in a case that they meant to say Yes or No they will not even think about what they should say and because of what had once happened 2 them they will say No and later Yes after they might have think deeply.
