Hi my redmi 7à switching off randomly when in use and can't be turned on for several minutes, never happened when i was in android 9 anyone got any ideas, Happened 3 times in 2 months

Drain ur battery completely and charge it to 100 percent maybe the phone hasn't been charging well or you use heavy application and games when charging it,
Also if ur network is not good,Or you are using a faulty charger can cause it,How many hours does it last now and did you just notice it after u downloaded a new app
