I came across this on Facebook and I was really impressed... can’t the Nigeria government collaborate with other Africa nations to bring an end to the insecurity in Nigeria? I believe strongly that Nigeria ought to be to Africa as The US is to the World. Just thinking though

Its still beat me imagination how we often go from good to bad instead of moving forward.. for example during the first four years of Oshiomole as the governor of Edo state. There were good street lightings to the extent that even tarred road around akpakpava and sakponba were having lightings underneath that would reflect while driving at night... it was so beautiful that I was really proud of Benin. It was not maintained and even before he left office they were no longer working.

We used to be the giants of Africa back then. Just that we forgot to do change of name when we started messing things up.

Some roads here in Benin have street lightings pole without the light overhead and those roads has been commissioned.. what now happened to the money budget for those lightings

I have been privileged to travel to two other Africa countries that doesn’t produce petroleum and are not as half rich as Lagos alone in Nigeria. It beats my imagination that they have constant electricity and good street lightings.. but here in Nigeria Edo state to be precise, the street lightings are in deplorable conditions.... what could be the problem? Is it that a state in Nigeria cannot sustain street lightings?
Or are there other state with good street lightings that I do not know about??
Tell us the street lightings conditions in your state.

Whenever a rape case is reported, almost all women scream for the man to be castrated or hanged. I am not a rape apologist neither do support it. Of course anyone caught should serve the right punishment he deserves. But here is my question, why aren’t feminists fighting against abortion? Is rape a higher crime compared to abortion?? In fact when Donald Trump was trying to stop it in the USA, most powerful women the likes of Kamala said it’s a woman body, she has the right to decide what to do with her body.

My second question is this, women classify men who beat women as beast no matter the provocations. But you see them beating up their female maid. Is it bad for a woman to also beat a woman

Note; I am neither supporting beating a woman nor rape for whatsoever reason. But let’s engage in a constructive argument.

Ur assertion is borne out of the fact that north has only one major ethnic group while south has two major ethnic group.

When it comes to power tussle, the majority usually takes the lead while minorities consider themselves as being part of them when in power.... That's the only luck the north is enjoying, together with one lingua franca.

Assuming north also has two major ethnic group like south, reverse would be the case cos the second major group will/may feel marginalized if they don't have power like the other major ethnic group.

Pardon my french, too one-corner eyes I take type.

I don’t think so, reason being that the Fulanis are not a major ethnic group but I think they are holding more political post than the Hausas but you won’t hear a single complain from either side...they are more United than the south I guess

Minus middlebet they aren't as many as those is south. Anyway, list em

I can’t list them but I have a good friend from Adamawa. He told me that they have lots of tribe there in adamawa... just that their lingua Franca is Hausa... this is the reason why most people from the south think that the North comprises of just Hausas and Fulanis

North comprises of mostly abokeys with their brother foolanis. South comprises of two majority tribe plus many other tribes who got different views. It's normal and not surprising that the north is more united

I have been observing the political structure of Nigeria for a while now, and I have to come to realize that Nigeria is divided into to Region politically.
This include the Northern Region and the Southern Region.
The reason why I am bringing this up is because most Northerners understands this political structure while most southerners don’t.
These are my reasons
1: the south Easterners believes they have never produced a president in Nigeria while the Northerners believes any part of the south that produces a president be it south south, south east or south west is regarded as a southern person.

2: No Northerners has ever complained that only katsina is producing president, so long the president is a northerner that’s okay by them while in the south reverse is the case.... what I have observe is that the North is United and believes to be one while the South is divided and believes they are different.

My conclusion is this, in Nigeria politics, North is North while South is South. There is no such thing like south east, south south or south west in Nigeria politics. Please don’t mind my grammar

The funny thing is that it's mostly Yoruba or Igbo ppl soiling Nigeria's name abroad, you'll hardly see any news where a northerner was arrested for smuggling drugs, prostitution or fraud. Abi I lie?

That’s true, but they have turned Nigeria into a terrorist country...Banditry in the north is one of the most lucrative business right now

@op you are 100 percent correct.
It happen in one of my church back then,a guy that we all like because he has many talent, he can sing,do mc,beat drum and do support the church financially.
But most of them did not know that this guy was attending our because of a specific girl.
He will carry the girl to his house and have s*x and come back to church( they will come separately) and guy will go and stand in front of us in the church beating gangan while the girl will join the choir.
To cut story short,na one man come from outside in to our church to tell us that God is angry with the guy and if he did not stop na to receive koboko from heaven.
For the girl, when she don play with the guy finish, she no dey take bath when she go just enter church go join choir.
Na so if angel come enter church during service bad odour go come chase am out,but before the angle go live he will drop a little courses on her.

You guys should stop fabricating stories...angels are God’S messenger and I believe they go on errand only when God instructs them. God knows everything that’s happening everywhere in the world. are you now trying to tell me that God did not see what the sister and the brother did that the angel had to discover the smell of their sin when he got there?? Or did the Angel acts on his own without permission from God?? On the second note, the sin of a sinner shall be upon his/her head. Aren’t other members of the church eligible for blessings?? Why will the angel not go in to attend to other members because of a certain brother and sister?

I was thinking her point will be based on the possibility of the lady straying to test other waters which is very typical of many virgins...

But what she wrote up there holds no water... Most ladies who marry as virgins have crazy libido contrary to her postulation. [/quote
I thought as much... most girls can be comfortable being virgin but once they lost their virginity they tend to be very active sexually
