Well, it depends on the transaction you're doing. 12/6 discount is not impossible-It means simply a discount of $12 where $6 goes to the buyer and the rest of the $6 goes to the buyer/seller agent.But i'm sure any good buyer out there will raise eye brow on that.

My name is Josh and i broker Crude Oil deals.I have reputable sellers and i have reputable buyers.Please if you're really interested,contact me via my mail or phone contact.I only want a seller that can take product to international waters before asking for a bank instrument.This is what my buyer is willing to do.

On the otherhand i only want a buyer that can at least issue BCL,IBPU,Non-operative LC (which will be operative when seller sends 2%performance bond to the buyer's bank) and maybe BG.

Please can someone tell me the swift code for access bank Plc? I need it badly for a transaction i'm working on.I have account with them. Their contact centre guys don't seem to know what swift code is . They keep giving me the code for citibank.The branch can't help me either.
