2. Cletus Ilomuanya is no longer a traditional ruler for more than three years now and his Obinugwu community has since nominated a new Igwe. Rochas deposed him for the reason given above that he was openly politicking, that traditional ruler then.
So how some one who is not an Igwe is the chairman of any traditional rulers group does not make sense. It's a fact that while Rochas is still governor, him being an Igwe is fictional and will be worse if PDP is to lose the centre.
