Why not try and learn a skill like barbing,fashion design or something...living on 25k for the child alone self is not feasible.working on saturday and sundays alone as a barber will augument your salary to over 50k,also barbing for only 2 or 3 people after your teaching job on weekdays will do daily expenses.just used barbing as an example.

My rent is average rent for where i stay, its a two bed flat, i use the other room for home office..

Auto maintenance is basic brake pads, shocks, service 2mths, tire guage, police pr, tire purchase if any, minor touch ups etc... nothing major.

Fuel for generator is 20ltr/day (2hrs or less daily)
