Where did you see that kinda of shit happpened?When the president or governor is represented by the minister/special asistant,then the minister could answer in the same capacity as the president not when the president is present for a supposed question that he could ordinary give an answer to.I still wonder why would a presidential candidate vying for the number position would deligate sensitive questions dwelling on security and economy to his party faithfuls.
