Well its male and we are guessing its about 6-8weeks old.....not sure. I've had it for 2 weeks now....it was really small then so it might be younger.

The vet told me about deworming, vitamins and all. It also had a shot for viral infections.....just regular stuff. The guy i got it from was just cruel and i pitied it......so i know nothing about its background.

Not an expert...not even close to being called one as demanded in your subject. Perhaps that discouraged some people to contribute. That said, I think you've a lovely pet but I'm afraid I dont want to guess the breed for now. May I know how old and the sex? Whats the vet's opinion, advice etc?

I think u need to visit the closest Vet to u 1st. If ur concern is food alone, then u may consider dry food and/or Indomie waste.

And a note to breeders lets always make sure we get the best homes for our pups. We shouldnt just let go of our pups to anybody. Ask alot of questions before selling any pup so we can prevent situations like this. Thanks everyone and God blessing to everyone.

Supported my brother. Selling to the highest bidder, and even to Calabar Kitchen, leaves a bitter taste in the mouth at times. But we too can play a part though. I reckon that some people get disinterested in their pet when told by the gurus (not necessarily here) that it's not pure breed...

I feed foetus but not raw. I dried it then subsequently use hot water to prepare the meal. My little pup likes it and evidently so. I don't only like it cos my pup likes it but also cheaper.

Well I did reply and fortunately he apologised. You'll agree with me that the more people we convert by changing their perception about dogs the better. Again. I think Rotts are lovely breeds if given the right upbringing. We're doing just that, it's a family dog and so far so good. Interestingly, I've already booked my next puppy, a rottie, from @knyte.

2. Consider walking out your dog at least once a week (ie in addition to what @Knyte said). The key words to re-orientate your rott are 'exercise', 'more exercise' and 'socialization'.

Your dog does not have the ability to differenciate between and intruder and a visitor... We have a Rott and it barks at anything movable that it is not familiar with...

Rott is very aggressive and destructive in nature... The part i hate so much abt the dog is the destructive aspect of it...

Chucky I think the best thing for you to do is to add a rejoinder to his thread or open a new one to counter him but referencing his (i.e. thread).
