Chai what a shame some set of people we share country with. Countries that know what they are doing have laws and standards that govern unauthorized disclosure of personally identifiable information (PII).

We have ISO 27001, Nist standards, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NDPA and many more that prevents organizations and government institutions from disclosing PII o individuals.

The problem is most don't even know these laws exists because of our naivety. Some are shouting it's publicly available, even though they know it's hard to access them because I'll need to know for instance, which local government you registered at, among other personal details like your dob, before the information can be accessed.

This is before we starts talking about unauthorized access to the INEC backend, where, I am also certain, election results will be updated by administrators among other functions.

We need to know our rights as citizens and stop politicizing every matter that arises.

The level of illiteracy on show on this thread is appalling. Seriously in this age and time, people still don't know when something is real and when is not? Oh why am I even surprised, even a whole presidential spokesperson was fooled too.

There is what we call a chain of custody in digital forensics and law, that can easily prove where this came from. Least you'd expect is for a presidential spokesperson to show some levels of intelligence on matters like this, and not rush to social media to drive sentiments.

In this age and time of Artificial Intelligence, I'm surprised people are still being advised to go onto full stack dev. I'm a DevOps engineer myself, but if anybody comes to me for an advice now, I'll just tell them find a branch that makes Artificial Intelligence possible, and ride it like your life depends on it. Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, Data Analysis, AI Agent developer, Prompt Engineer among others.

While there a lot of courses online that you can follow to learn these things, I find Udacity courses to be very thorough and very hands-on. Just ask anybody who's taken a nanodegree from them.
