I was about to say the same thing too.

Video editing, cartoon making, and digital marketing are not tech skills either.

You can start with Web development (either frontend dev, backend dev, or fullstack) or Linux system administration(which is the easiest of the two). Background in either of those will help you pivot into DevOps Engineering.

Or you can go the Data science route as suggested above.

Whatever you choose to learn, don't learn alone, find a group/community of like minds and learn together, the best job opportunities often come from who you know, not what you know. You can go freelance after learning your skills too.

Oh really, that would be great. I already have a support ticket created, I updated it again today.

I have tried adding my gtbank premium Mastercard, Stanbic Mastercard, access bank, fcmb, all declined, and my auto renewal is tomorrow.

I even tried adding my klasha card, which I used 2 months ago to renew, it's not getting added.

At this rate, it's safe for me to just give up and find another solution for my internet.

Problem is from starlink.

It's getting rather worrisome for me. My subscription is up on 18th and I still can't get any of my cards to work, tried GTB premium, access, Stanbic, even used first bank verve.

Where do i start. To be a DevOps Engineer, you need the SDLC and agile development knowledge as well as system administration knowledge.

Coming from a software development background, i assume you know it enough to handle version control tools like git, and you should have agile scrum experience as a developer. Then all that's needed is master Linux system administration, which in itself is not the hardest of things, then learn the DevOps tools, Jenkins, Ansible, docker, Kubernetes, among others, but my point is, your software development knowledge is the perfect foundation to pivot to DevOps engineering.

Or you can use your knowledge in development and pivot to DevOps. It's what i do + a dose of cyber security experience too.

Being a red teamer is easy to get in to cyber security. But i can't say the same for blue teamer.

When did you try the naira card? The update was made yesterday, and naira card will be accepted going forward.

As for payday, it's useless at the moment, i still have $50 stuck on their card as it didn't work for my subscription last month, so i had to use klasha pink card.

Those standards are mostly guidelines too ensure information security, this dude is concerned about IP security.

Don't confuse the dude please.

Unless you don't know what some of those standards constitutes, IP Sec is part of what, for instance, ISO-27001, expects your organization to cover to be compliant. Invariably a subset of it. Besides ISO standards doesn't only cover Cyber security.

But then again, what do I know.

As someone said, don't go for 2 if you are in Africa, because of policies and laws such as GDPR, Nist standards, ISO-27001, PCI-DSS require data handling be domiciled and managed in the respective countries. So doing Cyber security courses in Nigeria with intention to work remotely is in God's hands. And I'm saying this from experience.
