Cyberknight: Pre CAS form? If you havent yet filled the UKVI visa application, then you can select any location for the biometrics. Once you have made a selection, you can't change your selected location unless you cancel the application and complete another form. Oh, ok thanks. What about the walk-in |

1. can I pick any date, and then go for flexi/walk-in tomorrow or next?
2. I filled Ikeja tls in my pre CAs form, can I now go for biometrics in another location due to date? |

My Sch agent who processed my admission is opting to make my visa application, but I would have loved to do it myself so I can have the experience incase I want to apply for my wife. On the other hand I wish to avoid the stress of making the application myself.
What do u people think? Should I allow the agent make my visa application for me? |

caleb00: Ehn, dont touch the money until u reach ur destination in d uk Point of order to everyone! Why do most people always advice against touching the money until u get to the UK? I don’t think there is any rationale behind that. Is that money not met to be spent in the UK? So why leave the money in Naija and travel to the UK? When decision has been made and u have ur visa, is it not absolutely proper and correct for U to withdraw ur tuition balance and maintenance fee and change to pounds and take along to the UK? Even the UKVI website did not say leave the money in Naija bank until u get to the UK but rather leave the money until a decision is made.(And I stand to be corrected) Pls let’s stop over blowing these rules. |

mimilyrics: Most likely, the final stop for your bus will be Ojota. If your bus stops at Berger, you'll need to board a bus to Ojota/Maryland. Maryland is 2 bus stops away from Ojota. You can board a BRT bus in the middle lane or a yellow bus from Ojota if you're stopped there. Stop at Maryland, you will need to cross to your right and walk for like 3 mins from the BRT stop to Mobil station, Maryland. There are usually yellow buses from the bus stop or directly in front of Mobil. There used to be a lot of bikes and Kekes there but not sure if they are still allowed there due to the ban. You should be able to take a stroll from Maryland to IOM if you're not too tired or if the sun isn't frying hot. Just walk to the cantonment, turn into the street beside it (Adekunle Fajuyi), take the 1st right turn, walk for a few minutes on the left. IOM will be on your left. Thank you |

mimilyrics: If you're driving, drive to Maryland from Ojota, keep to your right and go up the bridge leading to Mobolaji Bank Anthony. Turn by Mobil filling station, keep to your left and make a uturn by the cantonment, turn right to Adekunle Fajuyi, turn right again to Isaac John street. Keep looking at your left, IOM is by the 1st junction to your left. If taking a bus, board a bus from Ojota to Maryland. Board another bus going to Iyana Ipaja but tell the driver that you'll be stopping at the 1st junction on Adekunle Fajuyi. If that's possible, just stroll from the 1st junction to IOM. If there are bikes, just board a bike from Maryland to IOM.
There are usually many cars and sometimes people outside, so it isn't easy to miss if you look.
Check Citiheight hotel, it's about 9 mins from IOM. Thank u. I am actually using a public bus to travel from Benin to Lagos. |

macbernard: Not all information is available on Google.. I bet you're not aware several September intakes were refused because of fake Benin, Togo & Ghana stamps. Some of those applicants actually travelled across those land borders but were not aware they were getting fake stamps. I got that information via a zoom session, not on Google. Yes, that is a general scenario. But the question is how did the “aproko man” get the info that 50 BCU students were denied visa last Sept? |

LegitBoyy: I don’t need to provide source for my information. You can choose to either rely on it or not. This is an academic forum, If u don’t have any source for ur information then u better not comment rather than come here to fart with ur mouth. If u can write things without references then I wonder how u can write ur thesis in the UK and succeed. Cheers. |

LegitBoyy: They had like 50 Visa refusals in their September intakes so they are really regulating their CAS issuance. If you are a “funded” student, you should brace up cos they might ask you to print account twice. How did u know this figure? Or Are u the visa officer for BCU students? I mean u should pls provide the source of ur information. |

I think everybody is right concerning oanda currency conversion. The difference is this:
If u are paying tuition from Nigeria, that means the currency u have is Naira (up) and u are buying pounds which is the currency u want (down). Then,
For bank statement POF, the UKVI has pounds (up) and the currency equivalent it wants is Naira (down). Note : that is why u pay more Naira for tuition fees deposit and less for POF (bank statement)
Thank u. |

Good afternoon everyone, the clause in my BCU conditional offer is making me loose confidence in the sch and it was my best option.
“The University may withdraw the offer of a place on a course, whether accepted by you or not, should the course not recruit a minimum number of students as determined in its reasonable discretion by the University.”
They want to use their inability to recruit enough students to jeopardize my chance.
Pls I need ur comment, isn’t the clause an issue? Already met the conditions now waiting for the unconditional offer. |

Hoverboy27: You too oga sharrap. Go and read what just wise wrote before you mention me. See mouth like “people that want to leave nigeria”. If dey say people wey fit commot naija to stand for line; you sef go join. Na your type go manage commot Naija but no go get plan. You go commot like blind sheep reach there & before you know it; na murtala Mohammed you go dey see. Go chow abeg I have been reading your comments. You see honestly, I don’t know why it’s paining you that people want to go and try out their destiny in the UK. Why are you an agent of discouragement? U attack everyone that tries to correct you. (Naija beta nai them wan comot)? Whoever says one can’t make it abroad should first return home and tear his RP/visa before saying it then we will beliv. You are not God So u cannot Conclude the destiny of anyone no matter the course he/she chose to study If it is the will of God for that person to go to the UK it will surely be and the person will succeed. Your advice is not needed. “Adviser Nowamagbe” advice ursef. if someone like you finally enters Abroad will neva assist any member of his family. My friend use the time for commenting rubbish to pray that God gives u sense of direction, because u know nothing. Maybe this UK is not even your destiny rather it is to remain in Nigeria. I want u to know that many people here know nothing good in life comes easy and that includes going to the UK so there are sacrifices and prizes to be paid. So stop trying to scare people (not me) who are still trying to decide. I can see u know nothing about live hustle. |
