All dependants visa have a restriction on it, what was on your wife's vignette is " Restricted work No Sportperson No Public funds",which means the nature of the restriction is No Sportsperson related work and cant use public funds...No restriction on time . What you are focusing on is the first two words "Restricted work", but its a full sentence and you must read together.

To me assisted service should only be done if one does not have access to a scanner or does not have a mobile phone that can scan. Assisted service I feel is a waste of money and time. One is better off scanning the documents themselves because tls staff job is to scan for you not direct you on what is needed or not. All the premium lounge etc is just absolute waste of money. If anyone gets an appointment date like a week or 10 days away just be patient and go on your appointment date stress free.. Walk in that is meant to make things easier is now punishment because people coming for walk in are even more than those coming for scheduled appointment. So that extra 42k is just stressful, one will still have to come very early or stay at the crowded gate begging to be attended to. My own view.

Please if you are coming here with the intention of Exceeding the approved 20hours work limit, reconsider oh.

Right now, I know of about 18persons who didn't obey the rule and were denied post study visa.

Google UKVI postal Address and send those documents with royal mail Signed For envelop so as to know who received it.

Under the address you need to state the type of visa application and inside the package you need to add a paper that contains your wife and kid profile like i said before. So that whoever opens that package will know the department it belongs to else that package will be misplaced.

You can also pay £5 or so for email correspondent with them so as to follow it up, you can email them as many time as possible without paying additional fees until the visa is out.

Get the documents from your wife and post it to UKVI, write her application reference number on the envelop, her full name and visa type

Your wife ought to have gone to the TLS center with printed copies of her supporting documents not in her email as these guys are not allowed to upload documents from emails.

They do not even scan a laminated document or past visa stamps on your passport.you have to go with photocopies of your documents if it is laminated or maybe previous visa stamps.
The TLS guys are not allowed to comment on your supporting documents.
The TLS person most probably only uploaded the documents she had at hand.
Your wife didn’t go there prepared.
That been said like someone suggested send a paid mail to have it on record.
Plus I have also read on here where UKVI emails an applicant to send missing documents hoping this would be her case.

It’s basically fingers crossed and prayers at this stage.

I don't think there is anything to worry. If those other documents are vitals for your application they would have been uploaded, and if during the process there is need for more supporting documents your wife will be contacted. Good luck
