am often inevitably worried, bored and uncertain of what 2 expect

nairaland keeps failing 2 reduce the tension in my head

theres no alternative in my phone which seems cursed

most times,i find it so hard 2 determine or decide where or/and when 2 meet people 4 whatever reason.

in fact, most times,i find it so hard 2 determine whether or not to expect anything from people.

people often appear so complex to me

i find it so hard 2 prepare a schedule 4 myself

at the end , i think until i 4get certain things.

perhaps, the solution is to consider life as a punishment 2 face 4 being born as myself.

the rest is o worries

Family / Re: I End Up Selling My Things Once I Am Broke! Help by pneumaticos(m): 2:19pm On Apr 20
1000Capacity:
This has become a matter of urgency in my life. Few years ago when I lost my first job, I became broke.
After soliciting for help one too many times without much forth coming and no jobs, I started to sell my things.

It all started with my pressing ironing. I sold it thinking I will be able to get a new one once I get a job. Before i knew it, the money finished. Then i thought about what else i could sell. My eyes went directly to my ceiliing fan. I thought about it, after all, I still have a standing fan. Like play like play that was how I ended up selling both my ceiling fan and standing fan.

It's as if there are some spirit after everything I have. To make matters worse, I can't account for what I am doing with the money. I don't drink and I have even quit smoking since last 2 years. So I cant say I'm using the money to enjoy anything.

Fast forward to early last month, the spirit came over me again. I was stack broke, I decided to ask my neighbor If he was interested in buying my show rack. I made the shoe rack at 15,000. Dude told me he wasn't interested. I did not want to borrow money from him or anyone because I'm tired of owning people. I'm owing several loan apps
Some how I was able to convince him to buy my show rack at 6000. I felt sorry for myself because Gari is now 1100, sugar 250, three crown tin milk 600, and the moment I paid for rice like this, the whole 6000 remained just 300naira change.

To keep afloat, there was a ringlight I bought last year which I was using to beautify my room. I got broke and tried to sell it. As God will have it, I didn't get a buyer. I am always happy whenever there is light and I switch that thing on. That rolling LED light gives me joy and it's the most expensive thing out of all my property.

Well, I ended up selling a shoe I had been wearing to church. At the start of this year, I had bought 2 shoes. My intention was to be going to Church maybe my situation will change but that didn't work out. I have only been able to go to church 4 times this year.
Now I the remaining shoes on the floor. I am not sure if I won't sell them anyway.

Do you think shortlets will be more lucrative? I am being pushed by 1. My health 2. The Exchange rate favouring me.

I am super determined to invest these amount in something that will continue to bring in good money for me while still living in a rented house. I have two ( both ongoing and not completed ) but zero intentions of living in any of them. Just for business hence I said it was a mistake.

Shortlets is dependent on several factors and I don't see it that lucrative ( fast money)
But I wanted something in real estate
And I wanted a model that could deliver daily ( having a thousand of them wasn't bad)
And the funds for getting something Huge wasn't there

So I developed a model around real estate generally that could gaurantee daily return

I haven't implemented all of it to know how good this plans are
But we are currently in the developmental phase
Though the model were around existing models which I have seen to work

I think I am going ahead with this but will likely modify it. Like a shopping complex that has a co working space in it. I am willing to get it to 200m to make this work. And with a bit of GOD's blessing, I should be able to raise such an amount in 6 months.
Respect in raising that under 6 months(sure you have it going)
I am looking for that amount too
For shortlets

I recently embarked on a building project which I will complete in May but on second thought I should not have embarked on the project I only did it for my ego.

Now I am thinking of starting a internet co working space that can conveniently seat 50 people at once.

I am considering Lagos or Ibadan. My questions are

1. Will 75m-100m be enough for such a project? If 75m-100m won't be enough, how much do you think will be enough?

2. Is the business profitable?

3. What other business ideas can you suggest?

Thanks in advance

Currently,

Lagos
Ibadan
Abuja
And port are the main cities I see this working
But if you putting this within Lagos or Ibadan
The location becomes important
Meaning getting a good location will cost money
(I saw someone closed up a very nice place due to wrong location)
Lagos and Ibadan are still good ,but I doubt if this budget will be enough for a good location in Lagos

As for Ibadan,
There some areas that are worth going for
Are
Along challenge
Bodija
Then bashorun/akobo

Finally
Maybe you rent the place first...to be sure the location will work

I had interest in this ,hence my write-up here
So if you eventually settings it up
You got a free marketer on trial

sincerely 05 rav4 is very durable but when it comes to the likes of edge and mdx then rav4 is just basic but if you're going for fuel consumption and durability then I would go for rav4
.Toyota has always ranked far above other brands
But only him understand his usage

I would prefer a Mazda over all the above , but the down side is the v6 engine

05 rav 4 looks too small for the stage
More so,
Mazda also drive and drives all the time
If you got the right car though

I know it's tough and some times learning things such as this may be had

but I would say this

It's better you learn it than bring in some one

It's takes very little time to learn it if you learn from a pro,

Advertising budgets are dependent on certain factors some times

And the best way to run that is to understand the industry you are advertising in

So please don't give it to anyone to run.
Just run it yourself

the issue i have now is the marketing ,i want to run sponsored ads on facebook and instagram, but i don't have much experiance in that field, i thought about learning it and running the ads myself but i think it is best to leave it to the professionals

thats why i'm hear to find someone who is willing to run my ads despite my tight bugdet

i want to run the ad for a week first with a budget of N15,000 and then scale it with the profits

Good day, fellas. Considering the hike in Fuel and Nepa bill coupled with epileptic power supply in Naija. Now, guys using Solar energy instead of Nepa or Gen. How do you guys do it? What type do you use? How do you manage it? I'm thinking of using solar but i would like you to share your experience.

Buy the stuff with the help of a solar guy

I mean go to the market yourself

Depending on your needs
The best setup are around 2kw upwards

And cost chicken change of about 900k at most
But if you go for a company this setup above may cost upto 1.2 million above

And if you have good money

Of say 3 million upwards in investment

Use a lithium battery,

Especially if what you need is above 5kw
