1: Tv3 channel on multi tv is ONLY viewed via biss key !,
2: will multi tv, knowing the above, sell to customers a decoder that will not be biss enabled ?.

my irib tv has refuse to come up,even at 80% it did not come up.

I can tell from experience its your dielectic plate that is out of place.

You might notice drop of irib channels in afternoon, only for it to show at night some times.

Solution ; check the plate is properly placed into its place ( between the lines in d lnb ), and dont tighten the holding screew too much, you will tilt d dielectic plate balance and grip.

Sorry I cant help you on the subject matter because I dont do paytv, my fta set satisfy my tv watching wants. The in house programmes of some of the providers you mentioned above are good ( as viewed also on free-to-air).
The only thing that serves as a bone of contention and that gives Dstv braging right is Football rights, take that out, I guess the game is fair.

Haaa ha. That's because you did not see the close shot. I added/ attached another lnb to the 1.8m dish for Amos and w3c. Would have added more lnb to the 1.8m dish, but for the "jamming" of signals caused by a GSM mast very near by.

You can always ( atleast not for ever ) ever say its impossible when it comes to satelites and fta .
