You guys are completely missing an important point in her message. She says the reason why Africa has not seen much death is because Africans have not undergone widespread testing. That should make you think: "why do we need to undergo widespread testing before we see dead bodies on the street?" "Does it mean that the virus is in the tests? Since the virus has been in Africa since February, with testing or no testing we should already be seeing dead bodies on the streets, right? After paying price of land and survey, you will pay supervisory fee, security fee, documentation fee, architectural fee, development fee. With all this fees paid you will have to wait very long for their allocation. If you want refund of your money, they will deduct 20 percent admin charge from your money. But note in some of their estates all the fees outlined is much higher than the price of their land. Some time ago when I came to their office, One of their customers was almost in tears and asking for refund when he realized he won't be allocated due to one flimsy reason or the other. it dawned on him he had been trapped. If you want to buy from them I suggest you request a copy of their deed of contract for review and analysis. Ask questions as well.

Do you know if their documents are genuine? Also do you know if they charge annual service fee for those already living in their estates?

I bought a plot of land from them and I'm not regretting it at all, to a very large extent, they are very fair and transparent.

Pls can you tell us more about your deal with them? Did you pay any hidden charges? Do they charge annual development fee?,are their documents genuine?, did they allocate you immediately you finished payment?

Hello House,

The front passenger tyres of my camry 2010 jerks and shakes slightly and makes some noise whenever i apply the brakes at speeds of 80/100km per hour. This jerking/noise does not occur at slower speeds. What could be the problem? I was advised to do the wheel balancing and alignment. I have done that and the problem still persists. Any suggestions from the house?
