Hi peep, i'm finding it a bit hard to subscribe to d airtel BSM plan. I have recharged N1,200, sent BSM to 440 and I was told i do not have sufficient airtime to perform d transaction. + i sent d txt from a phone that is not internet enabled.

What shld I do pls?
Get a phone that is internet enabled.keep sending the Bsm to 440,perhaps the network server is down.

send internet, wap via sms to 232 to get the original internet browsing settings from airtel.save the settings that would be sent to you via sms from airtel.then you are good to go,you must not tamper with the new settings if you want all your apps to be effective.

maclatunji: The Thai Prime Minister is feeling Obama die, the body language is just too obvious. Obama too is enjoying the attention. People deceive themselves a lot. If an attractive man is close enough to an attractive woman, things happen- it is biological. tongue

It takes a lot of discipline to override the "biological instinct". Most people can't.

ogogo24: May the Almighty bless the souls of the dead, and grant them eternal peace, amen.

It is quite unfortunate that the repairs on this particular road is taking eternity just like every other road in this country. The roads are very bad at certain spots that the motorists have no option but to drive on a single lane, thereby increasing the chances of collisions. The case is worse at nights obviously, and I always advise people to avoid being on this death trap anything after 7:00pm.

May God continue to guide our path and raise among us leaders that will have the interest of the general masses at heart.

You just sumed it up.The roads are very bad at some spots thereby forcing motorist from opposite lane/direction to drive on the same lane/different direction of the road.Majority of the ghasty motor accidents on this road are caused by motorist avoiding some bad spots on the road.

Religion / Re: Oritsejafor Gets Private-Jet As Birthday Gift From Church Members-(pics) by polokor60(m): 12:27am On Nov 11, 2012
pro01: The European missionaries of yore would be turning in their graves because of the circus that Christianity (which they introduced to Africa) has become. These pioneers sacrificed their careers, personal comforts, and stable family lives in Europe to come to mosquito-infested Africa to preach the gospel and win new converts - even if it meant dying in the process. This they accomplished at great costs, many losing their lives to disease and hardship, others using the last penny of their personal savings to build little village schools and advance the cause - when they could easily have remained in their comfort zones in Europe. This is the sort of sacrifice that defines genuine Christianity .

These modern day bling-bling prosperity junkies masquerading as men of God are a great disservice to the wonderful legacies left behind by the early missionaries. What a shame.

Ooooh, I'm so scared. What is TB gonna do? Cast his juju spell on me. It's funny how we African Christians claim to be so devout and yet believe in the supernatural or occult.

Entire scripts of Nollywood movies glorify these evil figures. In Nigeria today, there's a charm for every aspect of life. Want a USA visa? No problem -- there's a special juju for that. Can't get your wife pregnant? Well, instead of praying to God, why don't you just kidnap and sacrifice your 2 yr old nephew?

So in such a nation, can one trust a person who claims to be a Christian "man of God"? I wouldn't.
Would you also believe that the miracles of evangelist reinhard bonke from germany is also stage manage?I used to be like you and other atheist in my thinking not until i saw the miracles God used reinhard bonke to perform right here in nigeria during a crusade that took place at warri.i knew what i saw with my naked eyes. All religion do believe there is a God/gods.You atheists may not believe my words now,but someday you will come to terms with it.peace.

Mrs.Chima:
Coming up....old school rappers spoke about conditions in their environments and how can those in similar environments can overcome the hurdles and many raps music were pleasant....UNTIL people only bought music that brags about sex, hoes, money, cars, and criminal acts.

It is funny that many of those rappers today aren't even living that life style but if it sells...it is business. I don't listen to those type neither does my husband...we are into something that many people aren't even aware nor understand.

It was funny when I met one of Chima's cousins and he asked me if I had some rap music....and I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. He was like oooh my bad! Yeah, your bad!

When I played some of the music I listen to...he was all discombobulated! grin grin grin grin grin grin It goes to show not everybody in America or Africa listen to the same shit.
well said, today's rap is all about business.

geeez:

Are you a lawyer? Okay I presume you aren't but I will assume for the sake of this argument that you are learned. You may want to read the traffic law and see for yourself if the destruction was in violation of the law.
After passing a law for the ban of okada's on some routes which is okay to some extent, why not place a huge option of fine for the violators of the law instead of destroying the only means of livelihood for these unemployed citizens of nigeria?I do believe they would obey the new traffic laws if they pay through their tiny nostrils to retrieve these confisticated okadas if they should violate the law.The huge fine would bring more income to the state government and the erring bike men would be afforded the luxury to do what is right sooner than later.Destroying those bikes is tantamout to insensitivity/tyranny on the part of mr fashola(a senior advocate of nigeria)which classify him as brutal dictator because the demand for okadas is directly proportional to the overcrowded population of lagos state. The negative effect will be on the masses of lagos state. Most populated cities in the world have resorted to the use of bikes to avoid huge traffic, beijing in china is more populated than lagos and most of it's commuters prefer using their bikes for time factor.Where are the alternatives to replace these bikes mr fashola?

chemashie: What will happen to the govt properties earlier destroyed by these hooligans? The lawyer must have taken up their cases to enrich himself more, or how do you expect the judge to allow them to ply our express roads?
what will happen to the siezed okadas that were destroyed by the lagos state government without the backing order from the court of law?
