How much does it cost to certify a document at d federal high court and anyone with d knowledge about the police certificate how and where to get it in Lagos. And how much is it?

Would have as wel booked for ielts exam if not that i hav nt gotten my e passport, but wil get my passport on wed. God willing so as to book 4 d exam for 12th of Oct.

I'll advise you to get the location that fits into your programme cos time isn't friendly. Remember u have to wait 13days extra for ur result. Try and apply to school now and get conditional offer. Then after your result u can pay for ur CoE. U have to know how you can read and digest all that's necessary. I prepared for abt 2month cos I don't assimilate quickly. Get your rhythm and book quick. If benin is closer then use it. I've nt read abt anyone who wrote in benin but as long as British Council is there n they take exams there. Then there's nothing to worry abt. Also,if u have where to stay in Lagos or Abuja,fine. I did mine in Lagos and a lot of people here also sat for d exam in abuja.
So weigh ur options,book n choose any centre that's convenient for u so dat u won't be late to d venue. Late comers won't write d exam and no pleading.

I am not any step ahead of u. Apparently, we are still at d same level. The only difference is that I am not applying to schools anymore. Truly, my cue is ETI but we are all in this together sharing experiences o. I knw nothing special also as I depend solely on d thread and DIAC website which I think will be the best you do also. Anyway you can ask questions and if I have any answer I will gladly give.

You have to do all those BEFORE the exam date. You will receive another notification few days to the exam stating your candidate number and schedule time for the tests. You will take the last notification with u to d exam venue with ur international passport.

everG: INITIAL PAYMENT

There are courses that are cheaper everG but considering the compulsory health insurance u won't actually get that as initial payment. Taking cert 3 in aged care for example,it cost 5700 in ETI. But when OSHC is added it turns to million. If ur course is packaged and it will take u 2years to conclude. Your OSHC will either be for 26months more or less. When that is added,initial payment gets up. So you will be paying nothing less than 1million naira. So its had to get an initial payment for that amount. And u can't pay school fee alone. You have to pay for insurance also. So u see?

everG: Do anybody knw any tafe dat offers 2year course at a fees like 5000-5500 aud in regional area of oz.

Your questions aren't clear. Do you want initial payment as in first semester to be 5000-5500 or the whole package for 5000-5500 of 2years?

You don't need to have a GTBank account to book online. Here is it:
Book and fill in your data online. Be careful when filling.
When u r through print out the booking confirmation page. And you walk into any bank nationwide.(I used wema bank) pay and get a draft in favour of british council. Then take the booking confirmation page alone with a photocopy of your passport bio data also the original passport for sighting. Don't forget to take along the bank draft and you would be given the original confirmation. This can only be done in designated british council offices. Check online for the address of the closest office to you.

Try and pray and read very well. God will see you through.

Largo: sorry for the delay. I got my COE 3 days after I made payment, I guess it was so because I sent my acceptance letter via courier so it was after they got it. All this happened June, I was meant to go July but plans changed. @ lawland thanks for your concern, I'm trying to tidy up. Planning to apply monday or Tuesday.

Thanks Largo. Please there's a column where we need to fill the place we will be applying. What should be there. DIAC pretoria or VFS lagos. Which one?

lawland: I don't know why people don't take my advice here, maybe i will stop giving it. ETI is my education provider too and i am applying with their COE. I have admission with Curtin university too but it can't be packaged since its advance diploma and PG.

Yes u can apply. You'ld be given a conditional offer. I did d same too. Good luck.

lawland: . Its takes just 1day to confirm your payment if you send them your telex copy and 2 days to send your COE after you sent your passport bio data copy.
@Largo.. Its ok to apply now bearing in mind it takes 2 months to get a decision and I advice you apply before it gets to students peak.

Thanks but I'm actually asking Largo cos I'll be paying to ETI and also nursing. There's someone here chubi4show(if I'm correct), he is yet to get his CoE. That's why I need largo to tell me how long it took him since he gt his own from ETI which I intend also.

Zoeiyke,try and ask alex if its possible to get UNI pathway in nursing from another tafe. If there's no pathway one will be frustrated at d long run. Please try and ask and I'll like to knw. But sincerely 2 and a half year might not be worth it.

All u need is on the internet. I was really scared too. But all the same I found out tht if God be for one no one can be against you. Take courage READ and PRAY. That's d key. Then get someone to practise speaking with. I practice with my hubby.

I contacted 2 schools who take d exam too for enquiries , Premium education international center and oxbridgecoll.com. the 1st sch gives 1 month lectures and handout for 110k all together 65k for lectures and 45k for exam, while d 2nd sch gives 1 day lecture before the exam for 80k all together..pleaase I want to no if british council do desame too because thrs is much cheaper just 35k. please anybody for an answer

Patty. U only need time to study and pray. There's nothing a coaching centre will do for you. And even d exam is 35k. Why do u have to pay 45k. There are tips online for u to read. Many of us here used ieltsbuddy.com. Tcyonline.com ielts_exam.com and many more. Get time to study and keep your money for other important issues. My opinion though. No centre can help u if u don't help yourself. There r ways to correct your writing online. Practice speaking. Listening and reading. U don't need more than all these. Except of course u feel you'll still need a coach no matter what. Above all, don't forget to commit it all into d hands of God. Its well.

lawland: My sponsor has 11 million in a fixed deposit account held from June to sept and he gave me the bank statement and declaration of sponsorship letter.. I did my Biometric with VFS lagos and my application is just me and www.immi.gov.au was very helpful.. I am going to curtin university..

RedReact: Seriously, I wont advice you to go for MSc in Finance if working in Aussie is in view. It was explained, many pages back, that higher degrees is not needed in order to work in the finance sector.
