Get the windows 10 CD plate. It's just #200, & install it yourself. If you have no idea on how to go about it, simply use YouTube. There are lots of videos there to help you.

the windows 10 CD being sold are outdated versions, 2015. the latest 2020 version can only be downloaded and updated online, and it has procedures and instructions on how to go about it, it's not for a non tech experience person. that's why you should take it to professional engineers for the installation and pay. they have the latest build on their flash drive or hard disk tools

My system does show anything on screen until I hit the bottom..after showing,it will start to make some sound like the fan is sounding somehow and very loud .then the cycle continues.

press the f1 to f12 keys and identify which keey takes you to trouble shoot your device.
you need to refresh your pc if you cannot restore it to previous settings that work. if both failed, you played around your bios settings probably and has tampered with the harddisk setting

Hope it’s not the same one you’re using previously
If you’re using windows 7 update to 8 or 10
And if you’re using 10 downgrade to 8 or 7 and see if it will work

you didn’t format/wipe your hard drive before installing.... maybe you just click upgrade instead of doing full format and install
