I used mainly 9" blocks in this project.

We have completed the concrete cast of the soakaway system in this compound.........

This house today, we are taking up the roofing wood for use upstairs.........

We have started roofing this house, more pictures later.

We are still completing the work so we can bring in aluminium roofing sheets............

Roofing wood now fully completed, moving for the aluminium roofing sheets, we are going to use black long span sheets here. More pictures later.........

Oga Spyder, I have noticed that almost all the works you show here, the decking rods are always at 150mm spacing.

I wanna know is it the way it was designed or the iron benders are allowed to just do their thing.

That's not very correct, we do our spacing according to the specifications in the building drawings. We can also make improvements in the decking design if we have any reasons to feel that the existing design is not adequate.

We are awaiting the arrival of the roofing sheets of this house.........

We have brought in the roofing sheets for this house after some initial delays due to non availability, now the roofing sheets are being installed today. More pictures later.

Roofing of this building is in progress..........

We have since completed this roofing works here........

Due to the nature of this land, we are struggling to build a retaining wall around the compound to protect the compound perimeters...........
