The issue is not with the professor but the President and the minister of petroleum resources that cannot refine oil after 6 years in government.

A country bless with oil and gas should not have problems in produce petrochemical, fertilisers, electricity and refine oil products.

Abegi, what “chemical waste” are you lot banging on about?

The environmental issue with fertilizer production is emissions, not waste.
The CO2 emitted from ammonia production can be recycled for urea production.
Meanwhile, relatively clean natural gas is both the primary feedstock and fuel.
