What do you think?

My Ogas @spyder880 @abdulwastecx @segzy14 @n3xt @mufutau55 @Egunmogaji2 and everyone else..

What do you think about using stamped concrete floor indoors? It is definitely cheaper than using tiles.

I do not understand a bit what's going on in this thread.

Is it an objective effort to establish truths? or
A deliberate effort to bring another person down?

My hands are crossed though.

Amen.

Salutations, QC1!

May God continue to bless you and shine His face upon you. May you ever inspire prayers wherever you go. May God’s favour never depart from you. May you and your descendants be prosperous and may helpers be drawn to you and your seed wherever you go. May you always find help in times of need, may the Almighty continue to succour you. I believe that God has already and will continue to reward you so that you will never look like what you went through.

Best wishes, always. Your testimony has already saved several people from falling into the same trap. For that alone, God will continue to multiply you exponentially and you will not lack any good thing IJN.

Blessed are you amongst men. Na man you be!

Please don’t bother.

I am glad that you are another person that is now aware so that even if you consider dealing with n3xt /brabus/ kobocity / brabusng, you’ll always be on guard. Ultimately, that’s all that matters.

Why don't you just plaster it the way you plaster wall as our fathers did in the days before tiles become the trend? I am seriously considering this option. You can choose to upgrade to tiles if you become buoyant in the future.

What are my less costly options to fencing an acre of land?

Thanks.

I think it's a good idea, anything that will help reduce our total dependence on tiles will be welcome. We now tile every surface in every room and toilet, some even use tiles on the walls of their bedrooms and living room, inside and outside.

Picture below is one concrete stamping we did this month on a compound floor, I know that our artisans can design something a little better, and can apply more cement on the top to give it a more glossy surface for indoor use.

That's another good suggestion, plastering and "shining " the floor like they were done in the 80s is a very good method which will drop building costs by about 7 - 10 %.

And if they add colors properly one can maybe get close to this but then cost may start going back up.

Money spent on tiles is just too much, you will buy tiles, cement, sand and pay for the labour.
Getting a cheaper alternative to it is fine.

Yes it is cheaper than using tiles, the problem will be the finishing part for indoor purpose.

Hmmmm.
Ok, fencing it with sandcrete block may make it worth more whenever you wanna sell it. You can celebrate the fence a bit for attraction.

As it's for resale, very well not to spend too much to fence. The wire gauze option Spyder mentioned is good but I had a bad experience at Motunde- Ibadan/Ilorin express, thieves made away with the gauze. So I used trees instead from IITA for a fraction of the cost. It worked but the land is more than five acres though. You may want to look into this option as well and see if it will work for you.

I really don't understand this page with so much level of accusations.

Has anyone defrauded someone on this page?

This is the only page I recommend folks from abroad to study DIY , I don't want issues because I'm not around.

Could you tag me to some builders who can supervise projects , not engineers pls I'm one myself.
